2021年7月に購入しましたが2か月も経たずにモーターが回転しなくなりました。色々なサイトでレビューを見ましたが異口同音使って間もなくモーターが回らなくなったという不満が多数見られます。消耗品として割り切るには高価すぎます。モーターが停止した時（故障）にリカバリーする方法があれば教えてください。 追伸 遂にリカバリーレビュウ（USA)を見つけましたのでご参考までに紹介します。 ダウンしたモーターを以下モーターに交換したら正常に運転出来るようになったそうで早速amazon usaに発注しました。本体価格：２１．４９＄、送料：５．９９＄、合計：２７．４８＄（日本円：3,069円） モーター仕様：UXセルモーター15.8V,2900RPM,電流０．０９A レビュウに出ているULRをクリックするとamazon usaに発注サイトが表示されるので便利です。 輸送は船便なので10月～11月と表示されました。リカバリー出来ましたらまた投稿します。 評価が高いのは子供用で現地では安価に購入出来て同梱されている原石の研磨には充分使用に耐えるのでコスパが高いという評価と思います。大人が長期に使用するには向かない商品です。 修理結果報告 amazon usa のサイトに注文したモーターが予定より早く届き早速モーターを交換しました。 モーター取り付け位置は同じ、モーターシャフト径は同じ3.2ミリでしたがそのシャフトに7.5ミリのブッシュがはめ込んであり旧モーターから外したプーリー内径は3.2ミリのためそのままでは取りつきません。このことは私が見た投稿にも述べられていました。ブッシュを抜こうと試みましたが固くてぬけませんでしたのでプーリーの内径を7.5ミリに加工しました。内径を7.5ミリに拡大するときに曲げて加工してしまい新たにプーリーを日本で購入することになりました。（ものたろうで購入）加工には要注意。 新たに購入したモーターの配線は短く使えないのでＲＯＣＫ ＴＵＭＢＬＥＲについている配線を半田付けしました。 新たに購入したモーターも中国製なので寿命はオリジナルのモーターと同じかもしれませんがこの交換作業で修理は完了しました。今後は連続使用を極力さけて大事に使うようにしたいと思っています。

Excellent product and 100% results producer but now a days this product buy on Amazon is totally foolish idea because very very expensive compared to original cost in USA. Dear buyers don't buy this product.

I bought the tumbler for my 7 year old but have had more fun than him. Running it near constant for a month has been no issue at all with the exception of the noise. The noise comes from the rocks tumbling, not the machine. I highly recommend building a box for it and filling lining the inside with foam to heap deaden the noise, then put it in a garage. That's what I did and I only hear it when I go in there. You get used to the noise but it is noticeably quiet when it gets switched off after a month. The safety features such as cut off it fingers are caught in the rollers are great, not that it is any concern as it is only the weight of the rocks. I highly recommend it but be prepared to find your own rocks and grit after.
