Now Foods Organic Coconut Milk Powder 12Oz

I saw others saying it didn't dissolve well, but as I tend to blend chilled espresso or coffee, it worked very well. I sweeten it when warm, so that dissolved well, chill it, blend it with a few spoons of this and pour into a chilled glass or thermos over ice. It's lovely. Adds the right level of creaminess, a hint of a coconut flavor (which I like, I'd even enjoy it a little stronger) and the best part to me is no dairy or creepy thickeners (like carrageenan or guar gum). I did try using the canned coconut cream, just the solid part, but it's still very oily and fatty, without the creamy outcome I'm looking for, so this version is better on all fronts. If you don't want to use a blender or take your java hot, I don't know how this will work, but for blending into smoothies or cold/ice blended coffee it's terrific.

I tried it for the first time today and it was very good. It dissolved easily in my coffee/ cocoa drink. it added a slight sweetness so I didn't feel the need to use sugar or any other sweetener. although I might try a little maraschino cherry juice in it sometime 😏. I think it's well worth the money. it's in powder form so it's easy to take with you. smells delicious!.

Tastes like coconut milk. The only issue is it doesn’t dissolve well even in hot water. Perhaps sifting before using will help. Definitely sift first if using for baking.

I am so happy to give a great review about this coconut milk powder! The 1st try in my coffee was a bit disappointing, but that was short-lived as the next day I tried it again, using more (about 3 heaping teaspoons) in my coffee. I stirred, let it sit, stirred it again, let it sit a little more until the little clumps of coconut milk powder were thoroughly mixed in my coffee. End result? Great! I highly recommend when you want something better than supermarket powdered creamers. No funny taste, no funny odor! It enhanced my coffee ☕️ more than I could ever have hoped for! (It's a great discovery while awaiting service on our refrigerator.)
