I read the whole thing, best book out there for this topic in my opinion. This one actually gives real details, protocols and explanations. Others are fluffy to read with a little science thrown in...this one is all science with practical directions on how to incorporate into your nutrition for numerous objectives. Highly recommend for anyone that focuses on nutritional health and self treatment.

I am very happy with the book. It gives great information about enzymes that I never was aware of. It has helped me change my eating habits by adding more fresh fruits and vegetables. It mentions many illnesses that could be benefited by adding enzymes to the diet. However, I am disappointed because it doesn't mention a word about thyroid problems and that is my main health issue.

I was not willing to pay the new price of fifty dollars and decided to buy used. The book I received was perfect except for a minor scuff on the cover. Love the book, full of advice.

It's old and out of print, but it's been very helpful to me in my health, over time. It was born out of tragedy to the writer's own son and it is written with the caring passion and truthfulness of first-hand experience, that others may also find hope.
