The seat would not lock down and the bike was not usable. I left a bad review saying this and fixed the issue on my own by removing the burrs from the mount and receiver.The customer service from Merach reached out and worked with me on the issue. They sent an upgraded seat and took a lot of time to make sure that everything got straightened out.After using the bike with the upgraded seat I have had zero issues. The bike is sturdy, quiet, and when locked down does not move at all. Excellent product and great to know that any problems you may have will get fixed. As for the bike itself, it's sturdy and every bit as good as the ones I've used in gyms. Before I start my day, I go for a ride on the bike - and never leave the house. That's convenience!
