I couldn't find a hand towel holder that matched the toilet paper holder I had already bought. The rounded bar does not move, it is stationary. It was pretty easy to install, the bracket you mount it to is the same as others you but in the big box store. The quality is better than I expected for the price I paid. If it doesn't work out long term I didn't spend a fortune on it!

This is advertised as a toilet paper holder, however I am using it as a hand towel holder. I couldn't find a hand towel holder that matched the toilet paper holder I had already bought. The rounded bar does not move, it is stationary. It was pretty easy to install, the bracket you mount it to is the same as others you but in the big box store. The quality is better than I expected for the price I paid. If it doesn't work out long term I didn't spend a fortune on it!
