Graco TurboBooster 2.0 Backless Booster Seat We purchased three of these boosters for different vehicles, and they’ve been a great, no-stress upgrade from a convertible car seat. Who it’s for: My 9-year-old is about 50 inches tall and 50 pounds, and this fits her well. We use these in a Toyota Prius, Toyota 4Runner, Nissan Titan, and also have one installed in a grandparent’s car. ⸻ Value for the Price For the price, this booster does exactly what you want it to do. It feels well-made, safe, and practical without paying extra for features we don’t need at this stage. ⸻ Ease of Use / Installation Installation was extremely easy in every vehicle — including for grandparents. There were no issues with seatbelt positioning, and it took essentially no setup time. The lightweight design also makes it easy to move between cars when needed. ⸻ Comfort & Quality My daughter finds it comfortable. The padding is adequate but not overly plush, which is fine for everyday use. It feels sturdy and does not slide around when she’s sitting in it, which was important to us. ⸻ Why We Switched This was a step up from a convertible car seat, mainly for convenience. I love these booster seats! Very easy to install or remove because they finally got smart and put a release/tighten strap on the front so you don't have to dig into the seat to tighten or unhook the latches. A lot of booster seats just sit on the seat and the only thing holding them down is the child so if there is no child in the seat, it is loose in the car and and can become a missile in an accident. These seats remain attached to the car seat just like a toddler seat, with or without a child sitting on it and it keeps the child from squirming around and moving the seat. They are well made and it's easy to remove the seat cover to wash. I just wish the cup holder was removeable for cleaning but I found a plastic cup helps as a liner.
