A hard product to fit right
They’re adorable and they look like good quality. My dog won’t wear them, though. After a short while she began to limp presumably due to blisters. But I don’t blame the manufacturer. There’s just no easy way to get it right. Purchasing online with no professional staff to measure the dog, no way to elicit feedback from the pet . . . I love the idea of doggie shoes, but in reality it’s hard to fit the dog with a good, fitting quartet.

These boots were made for walking!
We have a retired Greyhound (Betty) who suffers with corns (as many sighthounds do). It was a real trouble finding boots that fit & stayed on! We tried the size 7 Qumy boots & have never looked back! They stay on well with the double Velcro fastenings & are solid on the pads where she needs the most protection. Brilliant for pavement walking, forests, & the beach. We do seem to go through quite a few pairs but is most likely due to heavy usage, mud, & washing them! These are our go to choice of dog boot!

Not waterproof
I should have taken heed of the other reviews but needed something same day so i bought these even though they were more expensive than others. These boots are described as waterproof in rainy weather! this is absolute rubbish i bought these as my dog has lost the surface on one of her pads and i wanted to keep it dry, a 30 minute walk in wet grass no rain and her foot was as wet as if she wasn't wearing the boot. Did keep her paw clean mind but these should not be described as waterproof in any shape or form.

Brought a Second Pair
Brought a pair in August 2023 after our dog hurt there paw, the quality was good and they fit well, although e didn't have to really use them initially. However one of our dogs has now developed a problem with there pads and so is needing to wear them on walks. So far so good after a good number of outings and our dog doesn't seem bothered about them. They haven't been used in the rain yet but have been through long very wet grass and our dog's paws have stayed perfectly dry.Have now brought a second pair so we have spares etc for when we need to wash the first set or dry them if they have gotten wet in the rain.

Good quality and correct size
Brought these to help protect my dogs back paws after he had a little injury and to make it more comfortable for him to walk whilst they were still a bit sore.Make sure you measure your dogs paws correctly to ensure enough room for paws to spread whilst running around. Sizes are accurate. The straps still work despite bring worn throughout the winter, in the rain and through some mud. I can't say if they'd last if your dog is a mud monster because he doesn't like to splash around or flick dirt up everywhere.I love the colours available, I went with red because his colour theme is red so looks great to match his boots, collar and lead. The boots are perfect for the winter, coming home and being able to take the boots off and not have to wash his paws off everyday is a game changer. Also good for if it's really cold and icy, they will protect their paws from ice burns. For people who have to take their dogs out in summer and can't avoid pavement, these will help but just make sure to take them off when they get to some grass since I imagine their paws could get pretty warm in them.Great product in general.

Dog won’t wear them
The dog hates them and just pulls them straight off. I wanted them for when it had been really snowing but the dog wasn’t having any of it.

Great fit but could be tougher
I love these boots for my old dog who has polyneuropathy and scrapes his feet when walking. They are easily the best fit of all the boots we have tried and stay on. Burt walks happily in them and they protect his toes and nails. My only negative is that they don't last if walking on tarmac as we do. The soles are great, it's the top section where he doesn't lift his feet properly that wears out, particularly at the joins. The outer of the velcro straps also wear out with the reflective material coming away. The way Burt walks means he is really hard on his boots. He wears them for 3-4 hours a day and only gets one small rub where his foot is a funny shape but a plaster prevents it. They last him about 6 to 8 weeks wearing one pair at a time.I would highly recommend these boots for fit and wear for dogs without walking difficulties. For dogs like Burt I still recommend them as they stay on so well but be prepared to replace regularly. For me they are worth it as without them he wouldn't be able to go for walks
