I received the fan promptly, but the installation experience with Kuhl was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite scheduling the installation on the delivery day, their service was woefully inadequate, with no representative visiting or contacting me. Repeated assurances of priority installation yielded no results. Given the 5-year warranty, I couldn't risk a third-party installation. After a protracted explanation to Amazon customer care, the representative initially unaware of Kuhl's affiliation with Kent – eventually facilitated a return. I strongly advise against Kuhl, opting instead for a more reliable brand.

The fan had issues and was making a wired noise and the lights were flickering right out of the box, the Khul installation technician was really helpful and he took a couple of hours and fixed the issue. There is no QC at Kuhl, there fans are a hit or a miss, will update the thread after 6 months of use. PRO- Looks nice Easy to use remote High speed RPM Motor Cons While less noisy then conventional fans, still is noisy by bldc standards The remote has many functions such as reverse mode and swing function which does not work on this model yet you have a button on the remote! The fit and finish of the fan could also be improved Needs better Quality control
