Great little backpack stove
Used the backpack stove on our last camping adventure. Worked perfectly with the purchased butane cylinder and pot. Boiled in the water amazingly quick and contributed to great meals in the wild. Highly recommend for size, easy use, and almost no weight!

Well made at reasonable cost.
This is a quality piece. Iโve got several versions of this design and hours and days of practical use has convinced me the Fire Maple stove is the best quality. Quick easy connection with minimal fuel loss. Durand compact construction. If minimal load and functional performance are required. This will do the job

Light weight, good quality.
I have not tested it in the field yet, but my first impressions based on a quick boil in my kitchen are very positive. This stove is very light, lighter than the GSI Bugaboo cup that I boiled in (55 grams.) In terms of build quality, I would give it an A-. The control valve feels fantastic and offers a lot of precision. All the way from a tiny simmering flicker of a flame, to a loud jet. That said the support arms are a little inconsistent. They are completely stable while open, but two of them swing open loosely and the other is fairly tight. Itโs not a big deal but worth noting. My only concern for this stove is for inexperienced or somewhat careless backpackers. The support arms are very short so stability is a bit of an issue. I know myself to already be pretty cautious with all stoves so Iโm not too worried. But if you purchase, just know that you will have to take care when balancing your cook pot.

Great for boiling water quickly!
This stove works great for boiling water very quickly. It took about 4-5 minutes to bring about 2 quarts of water to a rapid boil. My only complaint is that it is described as having "well distributed large spread firepower" and I completely disagree with that. The flame is very powerful, but concentrated in a small area, so just make sure you have pots/pans that are shaped right or can take the heat and conduct it well. It scorched my pan in a 2x2" spot when I was trying to saute some onions. But this stove is so lightweight and compact that from now on I'll use it when I need a quick boil, and use the 116-T for sautรฉing and wider flame distribution. It is a great stove to have in a go bag, lightweight camping gear, or anything you want to save space and not weigh down with heavy portable cooking gear. Came with a rip stop style protective bag that you can tuck away nearly anywhere! Highly recommend.

Disappointed
Really disappointed with this little stove. Pot does not sit straight on top of the supports thought I cross threaded it but it looks like the part that connects the pot support to the stove is bent. I really wanted to like this stove the build quality is great the valve is smooth and everything is built quite sturdy but with that issue of a bent support I unfortunately wonโt be using it.

For the price it's amazing.
I've gotten back into backpacking this year. The cost of new gear is out of control. I came across this little backpacking stove on Amazon. What a great price. Super easy to use. Very well performing and and super lightweight. Stop scrolling and reading reviews and just buy this one and save yourself a ton of money and be happy with it

Like the stove. Worthy Customer Service.
Purchased a model 116T a few years ago. Have put it through the wringer. Thumbs up to the stove. Good prices. Approve of the quality of the product. The burner on the 116 has a good distribution of flame. Wider burning area then the 300T. I prefer a smaller model like the 300T for backpacking. While browsing their website I see they have some nice innovation going on. Curious about Mars Radiant Burner System. I recently made another purchase of a Fire Maple stove. I had an issue with the way the transaction turned out. However, upon being contacted by the company; I was left feeling good about their level of customer service. And have to give them credit where it is due. Customer service will drive me back to a brand or drive me away. Kudos! Fire Maple Iโm a returning customer.

Tiny but excellent stove
Really neat , lightweight and produces a good heat source. Great for lightweight camping . The pot holding brackets are , of course small so care with larger or full pans will be constantly needed but if you need a tiny light wight stove this is good value.

Good product
Very good and lightweight, perfect for boiling water but not so good for cooking meals due to the single high intensity flame. Perfect for lightweight backpacking
