I purchased this for my Europe trip, and it worked perfectly. It easily handled my U.S. devices while traveling across multiple countries in Europe without overheating or making noise. The converter feels sturdy, compact, and convenient for travel. I especially liked having multiple plug options and USB ports, which made charging phones and small electronics very easy.

This worked really well for my Europe trip. It feels solid and pretty well-made, not flimsy like the other converters I’ve tried. It is a bit more expensive than then but I especially like the design where you attach the different country plugs instead of using those sliding switch ones, it really feels much sturdier and more secure. Charged everything I needed without issues, and the multiple ports are super convenient. Overall, very reliable and easy to use. Doesn't feel cheap

I took this voltage converter to Spain for a two week trip and it worked great! It’s not too big or heavy - the size is compact and perfect! You can sometimes hear the fan noise in it, but it’s relatively quiet. It didn’t overheat too much despite us using all of the plugs at once. You’re able to plug in so many devices and once, which is definitely a plus. My only complaint is that it did not work for a hair straightener as the advertising promises, therefore I’m giving it 1 star less.

DO NOT BUY! When I first used it in July 2025, I noticed that the outlet plugs do not work in a hotel in Italy (was not sure if it did not work just because it was in Italy). However, when using this same device a few months later at a London hotel in February 2026, the same thing happened; THE OUTLET PLUGS DO NOT WORK AT ALL -- only the USB/USBC ports work. Contacted customer service with videos and photos to prove this item is defective. Customer service was responsive at first with questions, now they have been MIA for MONTHS!

This converter is excellent. It is a converter which means you can plug your devices into it & it converts the voltage so your devices can be used. I plugged in my laptop, iPhone, Amazon Fire pad - everything without incident. I used it in Spain and the Canary Islands - no problems even when there was a power outage, my devices were safe.
