So far so good!
I noticed my hair was shedding more than it normally does around the middle of September 2024. I couldn’t brush my hair, run my fingers through my hair or wash it without hundreds of strands falling out. I was devastated and scared. At that rate I felt like I would be bald in a month! I reached out to my hair stylist and she said to find a biotin & collagen supplements. She told me it could take up to 2 months to see any results or for it to start working, so I hopped on Amazon right then. After searching and reading the reviews, I picked these and started them the next evening! I’ve been taking them for 1 month and 3 weeks and I am seeing results!! My hair isn’t shedding in handfuls anymore. You do have to take 3 pills a day, but it’s worth it to me. I take them 1 at a time, in the morning.
