I can really tell the difference when I wear this brace. It works well, keeps my wrist straight, and is comfortable. The XS almost isn’t small enough for me, and I find myself pulling the Velcro past where you are supposed to secure it

I have carpal tunnel and when it is acting up this works great for immobilizing it through the night. The ice pack is a great bonus!

This is a good strong brace. The fit is good, the support is strong. The straps make it very flexible in sizing and fit. In all, no real complaints. But, there is a little pocket on the inside that is meant to hold the hot/cold pack. This is a great idea WHEN you want the hot/cold pack. But, when you don't, and you just want a brace, it makes things a bit uncomfortable as there is a small piece of fabric that doesn't otherwise need to be there. It's a small foible in the design, and, frankly, I don't know how you'd have the pocket when you want it and then not have it when you don't, but just bear in mind that if you aren't heating/cooling you will have to deal with that extrap flap in there.
