The best purchase decision for my wife. She had scheduling issues with the salon and decided to do her Brazilian bikini waxing at home (extremely cost efficient and convenient). It's been 6 weeks since her last wax, and yet, she is very happy with the results. *she made a few notes after using the item for the first time: - clean the area(s) to be waxed with the before spray. - keep heat at 155-165 depending on area to be waxed and if it's the first round wax or cleanup wax (skin is more sensitive after thr 1st round, but the wax is still doable). - medium-thick layer of wax is ideal to a good, clean pull. Make sure to wait the full 30 seconds so the wax is dry. - she applied pressure while applying a gentle pull on her skin while using her dominant hand to pull off the wax - be sure yo apply the after wax spray to the waxed areas.

I was a little nervous trying an at-home waxing kit, especially with sensitive skin, but this one ended up being surprisingly user-friendly. The instructions were clear, and the wax consistency was easy to work with once heated properly. It removed hair effectively without feeling overly harsh, and I didn’t experience the irritation I’ve had with other kits in the past. The kit includes everything you need to get started, which makes it feel beginner-friendly rather than overwhelming. The only thing I’d recommend is taking your time and testing a small area first, especially if you’re new to waxing. Once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty straightforward. Overall, this is a solid at-home option if you want salon-like results without the ongoing cost.

**Now updated after use** **This is before using, only for the product arrival and appearance for now** I believe the other people saying theirs arrived used had fallen victim to a warehouse mixup, because they now have a sticker on the box that shows it shouldn’t be used. Mine arrived in perfect condition, not used, all wax beads sealed, etc. Will update review when I try it out later. The later update: **Keep in mind when looking at my pictures that my skin is not used to wax yet and that my hair was very long** Melts perfectly. The temperature gauge measures the temperature of the heating element, not of the wax itself. I think that’s where people are confused. Wax cools a little fast but my house is cold. I had a lot of breakage because my hair was too long, but I see the minimal breakage potential of this wax. The waxes shouldn’t perform differently since the only differing ingredient is the perfume scent, I will update this after 10/13/2024 IF AND ONLY IF the other waxes perform differently from the purple one. Also, definitely recommend Cirépil brand wax beads, even with my thick and long hair it ripped a lot more out by the root than the tress wellness brand. The heater is AMAZING though.

Decided to try out this kit for waxing and was not disappointed; stays true to what the description states. AGAIN THIS IS A KIT, you will need to purchase more hard wax and application sticks for long term use. Like what everyone else said, you will need to purchase more hard wax if you want to do full leg waxing. I needed to use 3 bags on the lower halves of my legs and underarms. The temperature control was nice, I found that 165 degrees work best for me, it gave me enough time to apply multiple strips and wasn't too hot that I couldn't control the wax. The pre-spray/after spray are a nice addition, I'm not sure if they really work but so far I haven't had any bad reaction to any of the products in this kit. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order.
