I’ve seen what others say, that it was hard to put together. The instructions were bad. I got a feeling it’s from people that are not mechanically inclined. It was really not hard to put together if you have any common sense about putting things together I really like the unit my back feels better already. I’ve only had it a couple days. My neck feels much better. My hip actually feels better so I can’t say anything bad about it. I do wish it had the bars that would come up by your armpits. I like that idea but either way they work so that’s my review.

The instructions provided for this were horrible. Im not sure I would call them instructions at all. Parts were missing but note that even though this is “Amazon Prime” and says you can return, you’ll have to pay for shipping. No drop off location was included. Really disappointed with this purchase. I did figure out how to assemble it finally but the straps are cumbersome and not the quality that’s pictured. Def a piece of crap and not worth the money.

Need better assembly instructions, the head brace strap lock is crap. Works great for the price.

⭐️⭐️This is a ROCKSTAR⭐️⭐️ Hard to put together but worth every bit of it!! First off you can absolutely take it too far and hurt yourself so you have to go very slow and easy. Second off you will feel the relief as you slowly stretch your spine. You shouldn’t feel any pain that I can tell. I lay with my back in traction for 2 minutes and off for 2 minutes 2 times and my lower back pain is getting better. I don’t have to go to the physical therapist or chiropractor anymore for traction.

The assembly instructions are non existent. Had to figure out by trial and error. The crank wheel will not stay on. I would return this device if I could get it back in the box.
