I’m looking for a healthy substitute to the Maruchan brand chicken flavored ramen noodles. How would you compare in taste?

There is no flavor packet with this product, just plane ramen noodles. I bought to use in an Asian coleslaw recipe as my daughter-in-law can't have gluten. I used the noodles uncooked. The taste and texture was different than the Maruchan ramen noodles. I don't know how they would fair cooked.

Delicious & Versatile!

Am enjoying this Ramen, pasta. Have added veggies, fresh parmesan, olive oil, herbs. Haven't yet tried it as traditional ramen but it's delicious and easy to make. Ordered six more boxes! Wish I could find it local but haven't thus far here in California.

Surprisingly good

Trust the reviews. It's tasty. Portions are smallish. Boil for 6-8 minutes, then immediately rinse in clear water & add to new hot water/broth if you want your noodles in a soup. The cooking water gets incredibly starchy, and leaves the noodles gummy if you don't change the water. Will definitely buy these again!
