Comprei o Roborock F25 Ace de $500 esperando que fosse durar muito tempo, mas o produto apresentou defeito com 6 meses de uso. A Roborock se recusou a trocar o produto ou devolver o pagamento. Péssimo atendimento de pós venda. Não recomendo comprar se estiver fora dos EUA, eles não se importam com a reputação

Great quality and really easy to use.

I was honestly surprised by how well it worked. The Roborock F25 XT Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner exceeded my expectations right from the first use. It has strong suction and does an excellent job picking up dirt, dust, and debris, and the wet cleaning feature leaves floors noticeably cleaner without streaks. It even manages to get out stubborn stains, which I was pretty skeptical about at first — but it actually does a great job. It’s easy to set up, simple to use, and feels well built. Maneuvering is smooth, and it works well on different floor types. The only drawback is that the clean water tank can run out a bit quickly sometimes, but it’s really not a big deal — it takes about a minute to refill and you’re back at it. Overall, it’s efficient, powerful, and saves a lot of time compared to traditional cleaning. I didn’t expect it to perform this well, but it definitely delivers. Highly recommended.

Love, love, love my vacuum mop! Super easy to maneuver. Fairly easy to keep clean. Not sure about the detergent dispenser. I use it several times a day and the detergent level does not change. I've resorted to just adding a bit of solution to the the water tank. Although it does a great job vacuuming and washing, it's not the best in a pet household. All the fur does not get suck in; so, it leaves yucky dirty fur just under the roller.
