A: I don't know exact measurements. I would suggest one size smaller Thant pant size (S M or L)the below knee is tapered & a little larger above knee. Wonderful product. I wish I hadn't battled with pillows for as long as I did

A: I don’t know what you mean by mushy but it’s a has a nice comfortable bad that fits just great against the second knee giving my knee the relief it needs

A: No it is not memory foam

A: No. It stretches to cover knee only. There's no way this could cover a hip, not wide enough, in any size.
