NEW VIEW Arm Self Shot Photo Helmet Extension Arm Mount For Gopro HD Hero 1/2/3

I have been a using GoPro cameras and different accessories since the original version came out. I ordered this extension arm after borrowing a friend's made by a different manufacturer. It looked visually similar and appeared to be one and the same at a lower cost. I connected the arm as I do all accessories until it was hand tight. I then used a phillips screwdriver to tighten only until there was no wiggle and the hinged rotation would stop. The movement never stopped because the nut that sits in a plastic seat cracked the seat after very little tightening. The plastic is apparently of much poorer quality in comparison to the ones I had used previously. I would not recommend this to anybody who intends this for any usage more than standing in a light breeze lightly held in your hand.
