Can't answer the question as I don't understand what came up when I asked Google what MGO is. If YOU Google it you may be able to understand it or you can Google further for an explanation. However,When the answer came up it definitely referred to Manuka Doctor Honey. Hope this helps.

Why is the color different from the photo? Last one I purchased was very dark. Previous purchases have been light.

The honey is high grade and raw. All honey changes color and some honey will crystallize.Don’t waste your money on overpriced manuka mgo ratings.The honey is excellent at any mgo rating.
