I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review to properly gauge any effects or lack thereof, as I didn't want to jump into it without knowing the product. I'm almost surprised to find that I'm delighted with this product. I was diagnosed as 'hyperactive' in the days before it was renamed ADHD/S, and with elements of dyspraxia, I was never 'treated' for this issue, nor did I have any help from health professionals, and it has been a problem most of my life. Recently my daughter encouraged me to find out if there were non 'medical' options available. this is why I purchased your product. It has made an enormous difference to my life. I feel more alert and focussed, I'm able to concentrate for longer on daily tasks where I would normally have butterfly mind hopping from one task to another and not always finishing them all. I also have the tendency to hyper-focus on things I'm very interested in, which can be linked to ADHD, while useful at times it can also suck up too much of my time when I should be doing other things. Now I find I'm able to tear myself away from things I'm fascinated with to do essential things outside of that focus, and not neglect those other more 'mundane' but important tasks. The first week of taking it I felt fizzing with energy and life and tackled everything I'd been putting off or just tinkering with. After taking Nootrostim for coming up to 4 weeks I notice that I sometimes need two capsules to feel the full benefit, but usually one a day is enough. If I don't take it for a day or two, I notice the old fogginess, and jitter brain starting to resurface. Unexpectedly it also seems to have helped a little with weight loss. I've been intermittent fasting (16:8) for health reasons for a few months, and had lost 8Lb, but was not continuing to lose weight. While weight loss would be great, it was not the main reason I've been doing this, however since taking Nootrostim I've lost a further 4Lb without altering anything else that I'm doing, except maybe I'm a little bit more active - I can't alter my activity levels by much at all eg by exercising, as I have a mobility problem which makes me very sedentary. All in all I'm very impressed with this product and will definitely continue to purchase. I have also contacted the email address included in a small stick on 'leaflet' on the lid of my purchase, offering a free bottle if you contact them and let them know what you think of the product, negative or positive. - The customer service is great. I initially missed the code they emailed me to use for a free 'bottle', when I did noticed it the expiry date had already passed. I was cheeky and contacted them to ask if it would be possible to send another or reactivate the code, and they did very quickly, I now have my free product. A little update, I've been using this product for a few months now and during this time I missed a couple of weeks, because I got complacent, I wondered why I was feeling lethargic, wooly headed and generally 'scattered' and realised I hadn't been taking my tablet, I noticed an improvement pretty much immediately I resumed taking them and now wouldn't be without them.

Little of my background before Addrena I work for an IT company has IT Specialist my job demands attention to detail, dealing with customers and resolving IT issues in a fast pace environment. I'm fine most of the day but by mid day like 3pm I'm worn out. I start to forget vital information unless written down, I get tired and exhausted wouldn't be focused has I started my morning. Usage Week 1. I started off with one pill a day, couldn't tell if it worked or not. Week 2. I creased dosage from 1 to 2 pills a day, by the end of week 2, there was massive difference. First thing I noticed I wasn't tired or worn out at the end of the day at 5pm. Week 3. By week 3 I felt good, I was one step ahead of team mates. I would highly recommend if you struggle remembering, exhausted or work under pressure. Please this is not a magic pill! I eat healthy, get enough rest and I dont leave home with out my Addrena! I recently had to sit a very complicated exam with a high pass rate, and was worried about being able to retain enough information to get through it. A friend suggested I give this product a try. I was admittedly dubious about the claims, and I have reservations about putting a bunch of unknown substances in my body, but I did a bit of research and the ingredients used in this product didn't raise any red flags. I decided it was worth a go, so in the lead up to the exam I bought a bottle and gave it a try. I wouldn't say the results were extreme, or mind-blowing in any way, but I did see a noticeable improvement in my ability to concentrate for extended periods of time. My memory recall was also improved. This is something I struggle with generally - I often have moments where something is on the tip of my tongue but I can't quite reach it, and after taking this I noticed I was able to land on the information I needed much more easily. The first time I took the product I did have a short episode of what felt a bit like nervous excitement, not exactly unpleasant for me, but could perhaps be unnerving to some. I think this may be what other reviewers have experienced as nausea or jitters. The second and third times I used the product however, this did not return. My suggestion would be to use the product as and when needed, since the effects do seem to fade with continued use. I use mine when I have a lot to get through on a particular day, or if I'm doing something out of the ordinary like an exam or interview.

Overall, nootropics are there to feed your brain and the rest of your nervous system and help maintain your health as a consequence of this maintenance. This product does that and goes beyond as well. This product definitely makes a day and night difference. As a medical student I can't put enough emphasis on how big of an advantage this will give you when studying. You will feel more sharp and focused and able to get more out of your lectures because of this product. I have found that to get the most out of this product a good diet, exercise and sleep really make the supplements go a long way form just taking them without it. I really feel like I can zero in on any lecture and get the most out of my learning. Apart from that, It also helps with getting a good workout at the gym and you can really get good quality contractions and push yourself in a safe and effective way. I'd love to see a caffeine free version in the near future or one that contains: Phosphatidylcholine Phosphatidylserine (PS) Acetyl-L-Tyrosine Coenzyme Q10 Bacopa monierri Black Pepper extract Gingko Biloba Guarana Seed Extract Korean Ginseng Like their competitors because I'd pay top dollar for something with all of that in as well but, as it is now, this product definitely is worth the money and goes down easy. It's tasteless and easy to swallow if that helps. The powder should not be mixed and drank with water however and don't chew them. It's definitely worth giving a go and is a worth-while investment in your health.

Interesting to see no review in 2026 with most being quite dated. Interesting because the introduction of bitter orange is a big downside with science clearly showing regular ingestion associated with increased blood pressure and raised heart rates / palpitations. The ingredients listed by most here predate this change. 3 stars because the combination of Lithium and Caffeine will inevitably be effective, however important to note ratio for most top products is 2:1 and not 1:2. This is caffeine heavy and to consume adequate Lithium you need to have much more caffeine that optimally recommended. This is why many need to take 2 or more. Plenty of more affordable options for Lithium Caffeine at 2:1 which do not contain bitter orange. Although this works I'd recommend looking around for a better option. Powder Lithium with water and a strategic espresso shot far more effective, healthier and affordable.

I'm a futures trader focus is absolutely necessary in my work because I stare at charts 8-12 hours a day. I'm also an ex GAD (general anxiety disorder) which means my amygdala is still slightly overactive. Going back to above mentioned that Ive tried over the two months the only thing this thing does is increase your energy. Most likely this does lower your gaba neurotransmitters because it was making me a bit uneasy, nervous. full of energy at the same time this was not the type of energy anybody would enjoyed.. More less mild amphetamine without euphoria. It did make me more anxious but anxiety is something I managed to slay over the last few years.. thought that's interesting because for no particular reason i was getting this anxious feeling. And realised quickly this was causing the problem after 20-30 min of taking it. Sure you notice the difference in energy levles but this ain't worth it. Better get yourself an extra cup of coffee rather then taking this crap. It gives you heart palpitations too... sooo yeaaah imho it's a no no suma summarum energy up, focus down. anxiety up but it might be only me. this stuff goes to the bin now

I write this review regarding the use of this product, "NOOTROSTIM" which I purchased from Amazon. After two weeks of using these capsules since March 29th, I can confidently say the results have been outstanding!!! From day one, I felt vibrant and alive, but I wanted to give it time before sharing my experience. Now, I’m sure - the benefits are real!!! My mind feels clearer, free from the usual fogginess, and I no longer experience lethargy. Unlike caffeine, this product gives me the boost I need without any jitters. I started with one capsule a day as directed, but I now take two sometimes, and the effects remain consistently amazing. A truly game-changing addition to my routine!!!

My experience with Nootrostim has been an excellent one! I am a teacher and need as much brain power throughout all parts of the day as possible. I take one first thing in the morning which gives me the energy and motivation to get ahead start before a busy day. This keeps me alert throughout the morning and I have definitely noticed a massive improvement on my levels of focus. I regularly have to deal with over 30 people in one room at a time which can be draining both mentally and physically but with Nootrostim I have noticed a significant boost in my performance both in the classroom and outside when focusing on individuals tasks.
