easy replacement on my 12 year old samsung washing machine. was able to replace through the bottom access and removing the drain panel without removing the entire front of the machine. the part was a perfect fit. no leaks. i replaced it myself using a you tube video. as an older woman i did get one of my kids to help me lay the machine on its back to access through the bottom. it has been installed for about a month now and the machine is working better than it has in over 5 years. i replaced it because the pump stopped working entirely, but apparently it had been working poorly for a long time. my clothes are significantly drier after a load now, and the terrible odors it would get in between loads are gone. new part work great!

Worked great - I found that replacing the hose was required because of soap scum. My original 12 year old pump was probably fine, but if I gotta take all that aprt whats $25 more for a new pump.

I've swapped out the old drain pump(Not able to remove the water from drum) with this one. My washing machine can now clear the water in the drum. Surely recommend.
