Review: They don't leak - These LivDry overnight adult diapers are far and away better than any of the other diapers I have used. I weighed them on a kitchen scale and they are much heavier than the other brands such as always. They are much bulkier too, because when I tried to put them in my overnight bag, they wouldn't fit and I have to get a new bag. That's an OK problem to have! These diapers do not leak around the leg opening like my other ones, and that is without adding extra incontinence pads inside them like I do with my other diapers. The fit is pretty good for me, as good as you could expect a diaper to be I guess. They have to be bulky in certain areas in order to work. So they work and they are a little bulky but that's actually a plus.

**Q: what about full bed wetting?**
A: My handicapped daughter wears two at night but the top one is always dry.  She wears two during the day which makes it easier to manage the bathroom time. A: Hello! Yes, these can be pulled on without ripping. There is a tear away side for easier removal. However, that does not hinder the daily use of this product.

**Q: When it comes to absorbency overnight is not absorbent enough us there a double absorbency in any size**
A: Hello! Our next level of absorbency is in our Ultimate protective underwear. It absorbs about 90 fl oz.

**Q: How long do these keep you dry?**
A: We only use them for overnight protection. Our 26 year old daughter has Anoxic brain damage and can't speak. She has to hydrate more than the average person due to her Addison's Disease. Most every morning there is no leakage onto the bed pad and the underpant is very heavy with urine. All I can say is these are the best of everything we've tried. Also they don't fall apart and we like that if she'd like to toilet a couple times before falling asleep it's easier than if wearing a diaper with side tabs. Hope this helps.

These LivDry overnight adult diapers are far and away better than any of the other diapers I have used. Fabulous product! I have a UTI with bladder incontinence. Tried the heavy duty type pads, they would leak before I made it to the bathroom, or shift in my underwear. I was nervous using a full brief. They fit wonderfully, stay up over my butt and held up to the bladder output. The garment did not make me sweat. I am 5’6”, 350lbs, most of my weight is in my thighs and lower belly. Do yourself a favor and get them.
