My 10 and eight-year-old kids absolutely love taking these before bed. They taste really good and I even enjoy popping one in my mouth from time to time to be honest. The outer shell is a little crispy while the inside is a nice milk chocolate. They also work very well even for me as an adult. I can tell I’m getting sleepy quicker when I take them. They don’t have a bad smell or anything weird about them, but the blue colored shell will start to melt in a kid’s hand if they hold onto them for a long time like my three-year-old likes to do. The packaging they come in is very thoughtful. It includes ice packs and is well done in order to avoid the melting in different climates they are sent to. Overall, they are a win compared to Gummies in my opinion and as long as the kids keep eating them, I will definitely keep buying them.

Kids say they taste good and calms them down

My 3yo has always been a bit on the hyper side. Which in itself was normal and not to over the top. When COVID came around however, it only got worse because I couldn't even let him run it out at the parks ect, and he got stir crazy a lot. He was constantly emotional and way overly defiant, he was getting in a lot more trouble and it wasn't even his fault. So, I started doing research. one for calmness and the other for Sleep (As it was a related problem - this product will not help with that - I suggest "vicks PureZzz for kids" this absolutly works and compliments these calming chocolates fantastically and PureZzz-s will work on the very first day (for sleep issues) . So while figuring out how to calm him down, I found these guys. First trial, did not seem to be doing much and I sorta figured it was going to be a snake oil situation or that he just did not benefit from it personally . However, After day 3 of using these, there was a HUGE difference in his moods, actions, and overall demeanor. So much so that I could tell If I have not given it to him, simply because of the contrast of how he acted when he didn't get one. It doesn't make him lethargic or anything like that. It just lets him focus and not be all over the place. He certainly is WAY more calm, but you need not fear this will turn your child into a zombie. With all that being said, It works... Well... (for me at least) The only con is it can be very pricey. You can find it in certain brick and mortar stores but only in larger cities (it seems), so paying for it on here is worth it, but It is a little high on the price range.

Both of my kids have autism and sometimes at the end of the day they are so overstimulated we have a hard time getting through bedtime routine to get to bed. When we sense it’s one of those days they get one or two as a dessert after dinner making the process to get to bed a lot easier. When we first got these in the prior formula of gummies I was shocked to see my kid go from full tantrum to chill as a cucumber in a matter of moments. Recommend these to every family we know!

These taste great daughter loves them. Wish the magnesium content was a bit more bc my daughters dr recommend 100 mg a day these dont quite cut it but that is ceronkt the products fault, prob a great option for other kids who need a smaller dose. Overall good product, a bit pricey

The product is great. Shipping was a bit long though. We get used to 2- day shipping with Amazon and when it takes more than 4 days, it seems like forever. It was packaged nicely with a cold pack and multiple cushions. Appreciate this so the item didn't melt in transit.

The first night my son took these, he came to me and looked a little pale and said he wanted to go to sleep. He sometimes has issues with eating enough so I thought it might be his blood sugar. I gave him a little snack and he went right to sleep. I gave him one the next morning so he could have it in his system for school and they called me and said he had a bad headache and was once again very pale. I decided to take him to the doctor. They checked him for illness and said he was not sick. The doctor said L-theanine can cause headaches in children and advised that we stop taking these immediately. He did like the taste though.
