Some are fully faceted and some are flat-backed. If you're looking for a nice variety of uniquely-shaped, AB finish gems, this is a great set. I have really small nails, so they definitely stick out and aren't very practical, but I love an unpractical mani even if it's short lived. And on larger nail beds they would probably work even better! I'm used to flat-backed rhinestones for nail art, so it was nice to play with ones that are fully faceted, and they definitely have a lot of sparkle!!
