Solid for light use, but not perfect
Great for casual use and looks cool, but not ideal for heavy work or gaming. Sometimes it lags on websites, and the keyboard is uncomfortable โ definitely needs an upgrade. Still happy overall for the price.

overall, a great pc once some issues were resolved. amazing case so simple for upgrades love it now
I love this PC. It is very impressive for the price. my single complaint is that when I shut it down the usb power stays on unless I unplug it and plug it back in. hopefully, I'll find the setting to fix this lol. UPDATE: ok so I figured out the Usb power issue on my own. I went into the bios about 100 times and finally it was Enable the Deep Sleep feature that solved it. I originally rated this pc 5 stars but now I have changed my rating to 4. The reason is not the usb issue. The reason is I've had several issues, one being random restarts in the middle of projects losing all data. which I hope is now solved thanks to YouTube videos. My reason for the downgrade from 5 to 4 stars, this pc was sold with a warranty, I emailed them with my issues with zero response, I tried to submit a request for help, well they wanted order numbers of invoice numbers all kinds of things and Amazon numbers don't match their numbers. so, in the end I felt alone and had to fix the issues and replace defective items out of pocket in the first month I owned the pc. I would still recommend this pc and actually plan to buy another, it's allot of bang for the buck, just don't count on good tech support from my experience. UPDATE: After owning this pc, for about a month it restarts randomly, out of nowhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable pc company. 1100 DOWN THE DRAIN. JUNKKKKKKKKKKKKKK PC. UPDATE: After running this pc for about 9 months, the random restart issue, actually solved itself. I'm guessing than an update fixed the issue. I tried everything and no luck. One day it just quit doing the random restart. About a week ago a wire broke on one of the fans controlling the pwm of that fan. it ramped up to top speed for I don't know how long. it caused the fan to fail (bearings). I was able to contact Cyberpowerpc and they promptly sent out replacement fans. since I had it apart, I added an Arctic liquid CPU chiller. I was impressed, the case is so user friendly and easy to hide cords and add argb items. now overall I'm very pleased. I changed my ratting from 1 star to 4, because the main issue I ha went away, no idea why lol. I would rate it 5, but when I had the first issue I seemed to get no help or solution whatsoever. now it's running strong and very pleased.

Buyers Beware: If you are considering CyberPowerPC, think very carefully before purchasing!!!!
We purchased this CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming PC for $1100 as a Christmas gift for our son last year, and it completely failed just one year later. It is a piece of junk. When we attempted to troubleshoot, the system would not update drivers, would not recognize the GPU, and repeatedly blue-screened during driver updates. When we contacted CyberPowerPC this week (just one year and two weeks after buying the computer), we were told they would not help at all because the warranty was only one year since it was purchased through Amazon. We were shocked to learn that if the same PC had been purchased directly from CyberPowerPC OR Costco, it would have included 2 years on parts and 3 years labor. This difference was never made clear at purchase. Despite explaining that the issues began during the warranty period, CyberPowerPC refused to make any exception or offer any goodwill support. Instead, they pointed us to their website where they specifically state that for purchases made on Ecommerce OUTSIDE their website or Costco, they only offer a 1 year warranty. which is a SHAME! and horrible. To make matters worse, when I asked for manager, a manager named Leo refused to take the call or allow it to be escalated, leaving us completely dismissed as customers. All because we bought it from Amazon! We never knew. For a gaming PC at this price point, failing after one year with no support is unacceptable. The lack of flexibility and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. Buyers Beware: If you are considering CyberPowerPC, think very carefully before purchasing!!!! Their computers are junk and they do not offer the same warranty to buyers on Amazon as they do to buyer at Costco or on their own website. We will not be purchasing from CyberPowerPC again.

Good Buy For Average User
I decided to get a prebuilt desktop after not owning a PC for over 10 years. It booted fine right out of packaging and was in perfect condition, components are clean and new with easy to remove mesh around the vents and glass casing. I don't play those beefy new unoptimized games so I tested with ultra settings in TheHunter: CotW, Fallout 4 and Baldur's Gate 3. All run smooth with no frame issues or stuttering. This was well worth what I paid to avoid building my own since I work insane hours, very reasonable and easy to setup - I will say opt to set up via Ethernet and then switch to WiFi once you've gone through the Win11 setup, as Microsoft has disabled certain console commands to bypass this on boot. Total usable storage is over 900 GB and perfect for something simple like what I have in mind, can always opt for more storage in the future. Tech support from CyberpowerPC was helpful and responded quickly to my Win11 issue.

decent value for the price, but the case is not fantastic
Ordered this for my son. He's a huge pc gamer and has been pretty content with inheriting my older work pcs (I code VR applications and I usually have to upgrade often; dependent work demands), but it was time to finally get him something that wasn't used as well as give him the experience of upgrading ram, installing extra space, and setting up a pc from scratch, so we are. We chose this budget pc with the intent to buy more ram and storage. The ram installed is fine, but low with all things considered. In my opinion, 16 gb is just not enough in this day and age. I wasn't able to find a matching stick for the one that came installed so we had to buy a set to get him up to 32. Note, there are 3 slots that are easy to access, the 4th slot closest to the CPU cooler did not seem very accessible. As for matching the original stick, sure I could have purchased one 16 gb with the same speed and cl, but of a different brand. I personally didn't like to mix brands. Some people may be ok with doing that, but I just couldn't do it for my son. The 1 gb m.2 storage that came installed is also great. Honestly, it's a nice start, but knowing what my son plays; I knew it would fill up quick so we purchased another m.2 for data storage. I only saw two m.2 slots on the mobo. If there's more, I didn't see them. Either way, the 2nd one is located under the GPU. It was very easy to access and my son was able to pop up the pin and slide in the new drive with very little effort. The interior of the pc is clean. I did have to reseat some of the connections that (presumably) came loose in transit, but other than a couple of clicks, it booted fine and looked fantastic on the inside. There are other good things like it works well with a 3 monitor set up (1080), boot time into windows 11 is super quick, it runs all my son's games with ease (MK1, Valorant, SSF 6, etc..), and the inside of the case is easy to access with the hinged glass panel to name a few. But..what brings down the review rating is primarily the case. We had to order this pc twice. The first time it arrived, one of the legs was completely smashed, the hinged glass panel had a chip missing, and front corner where the power button is located was bend inwards. Needless to say it did not travel well. All this to say, the legs on the case are plastic and can be easily broken, so be careful when carrying/moving the pc. As for the hinged panel, though it's nice to easily access the internals, it too can be abused unintentionally because of the flimsy hinges and the lack of protection on the closing side. The last bit of annoyance is the functionality of the buttons on the case. Why would the RGBs be hardwired to the button on the case (namely the one next to the power). This is a terrible design flaw in my opinion. Not only is this limiting but also poorly placed. Usually the RGBs are usually software controlled. This was a weird and questionable surprise for us. Wish we would have known this prior to committing to this pc. All in all, my son is extremely grateful for his new pc even with it's flaws. Solid 3 stars with some gotchas.
