Poorly made
To start off product took a month to arrive, second it was packaged very poorly in fact missing the bottom part of the box it came in. Item arrived broken from several areas and the material was very cheap. We requested a return but only a mailing label is provided and you need to pay out of pocket for return shipping fee which was $130 more than what the product cost. Of course I'm not sending back, but now I have to useless and broken cages. Do Not Purchase and save your money.

This thing is so little that I can not believe they charged me this much money for. Absolutely no use for it in my house! I want my money back!

Not effective trap even for small birds
Trap didn’t work. Trap doors didn’t spring shut after birds started eating baits. Not effective at all.
