Pure Green Natural Latex Mattress Topper w/Jersey Cover - Soft - 3 Inch - Twin Size (GOTS Certified Organic)

I have a Sleep Number mattress that I like to keep on firm for my back. The only problem with this is that it causes "pressure" points when i lay on my side...my shoulders, shoulder blades, hips, the outer side of my knees, and even the outer sides of my ankles hurt, causing me to move around a lot. When visiting my daughter and son in law's cottage in Cashiers, NC, they had this topper, the 3 inch Soft, on the bed that I slept in. I wasn't so sure about it when I first sat down on it. However, when I layed down to go to sleep, it was heavenly! I am a really hyper person and have a hard time turning my brain off to fall asleep. I honestly, for the first time in forever, fell asleep right away! When I got back home, I ordered this king topper for myself. It has been a total game changer for me. I can keep my mattress on firm for my back, but this topper adds just the perfect amount of softness that eliminates all of my pain spots. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it is, and I truly do not want get out of my bed in the morning. This is the best $400 I have spent on anything in a long time. Words cannot describe how wonderful it is, and I can promise anyone who buys it will fall in love with it!

This 3" Organic Latex topper transformed my mattress. This is my 2nd time buying this exact brand "Pure Green Natural Latex". I am very satisfied with their quality control. This is clearly GOTS certified, which is important and valuable. This topper provides excellent back support, which is extraordinary considering I purchased the "soft". Natural latex provides a superb buoyant quality, which is very comfortable. This is like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend.

I've been sleeping on it for about 2 months. Definitely soft and cool. But its us deforming where I sleep already. I'm 188lbs and 6'1. So I'm rotating but it seems awfully soon for this. Its expensive af compared to other mattress toppers so it needs to be pretty darn good.

The topper was purchased to cut to size for my Airstream travel trailer mattress because memory foam proved too soft and provided little to no pressure relief. My first order was significantly delayed and ultimately never arrived, requiring me to place a second order. The included jersey knit cover is extremely thin, arrived with several snags, and does not appear durable enough to provide much protection or hold up over time. After removing the cover, the topper itself had several quality-control issues, including two large discolored, hardened areas and one medium-sized section where the latex appeared hollowed out. Fortunately, these defects happened to be in portions I was cutting away anyway to fit the custom shape of my trailer bed. The low price reflects the quality. Anyone who has researched latex toppers knows this product is far less expensive than most competitors, and now I understand why. If this is for your primary mattress, I would recommend spending the additional $100–$200 for a more reputable, higher-quality topper from a recognized brand.

YES, THIS IS GOOD This 3-inch latex mattress feels great—no bad smell and lies flat on the wooden floor like a futon but better for the tropics. The holes help prevent mold, unlike cotton futons which can still get moldy even when sun-dried. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. I dislike thick mattresses that deform your body and prefer firmer sleeping surfaces. Some use it as a topper; I think it’s great for people with pain or illness—it feels therapeutic to me. It’s soft yet supports proper bone alignment. I’m used to very hard beds, but this is comfortable. I wish I had found these mattresses much earlier!

In late January of 2025 we purchased a new orthopedic mattress believing it would be comfortable. It turned out to be absolutely miserable! Since we had purchased the mattress over 100 miles away I did not care for the idea of taking it back, so I started looking for solutions. Pure Green Natural Latex Mattress Topper 3 inch rescued me!
