A Great Reset
This was a great way to reset my eating habits and ease into fasting. I purchased three kits and fasted for 3 days. The food was satisfying. The tea was delicious and it was easy to stick to the plan. I lost three pounds and started to feel less inflamed on day 3. My sleep even improved on night 3. I plan to do the 5-day plan next month.

Needs more variety in the dried soups of 3 day Prolon
This 3 day pack is not good because it’s the same boring soups in every pack. It would be better if there was more variety. It’s hard enough to do this cleanse . I’ve done the 5 day complete kit before and it’s better because each day contains different flavors from the day before. I feel a bit jiped by this 3 day version.

missing item
While I am excited to try this. I ordered the three day reset. One of the boxes came incomplete missing an item. They all were the same and it was missing the L-bar. Disappointing considering one is paying $100.00 for three very small kits.

I liked it!
I had no stomach issues with this, it was easy to do and I lost 6 lbs in 3 days. I was bummed that all 3 days were the same food. However, I enjoy pea soup so that wasn't a big issue. You really need to blend the soup well in order to enjoy it. The Almond crackers are delicious as well as the choco crisp bar. I forced myself to eat the olives since I'm not a fan of them but since there isn't much to eat in a day I couldn't skip them. I enjoyed the breakfast bar, it is filling. Make sure you are in the proper mind set before you start.

Energy level
I have only done the 3 day reset twice now and I have to say, I have high praises for it! I have tried lots of different cleanses/reset diets and so far this is one of my top favorites! I did not experience much hunger at all and I noticed high energy levels on the last day and day after! The only small negative effect I experienced was mild headaches (I think from the lack of caffeine) but otherwise I felt great!! I lost about 2-3 lbs both times too! I loved the soups and olives!! If I could change one thing, it would be the kale crackers😝. I will definitely incorporate this program whenever I need a jump start!!!
