Reliable, easy ti use dehumidifier that gets the job done
This dehumidifier has been awesome for keeping my space dry and comfy. It covers a decent area (up to 1500 sq. ft.) and pulls a good amount of moisture out of the air each day. Iโve been using it in my basement and bedroom, and itโs made a big difference. I really like that it has two ways to drain - either using the tank (which shuts off automatically when full) or the hose for continuous drainage, which is super convenient. The smart features are great too - it turns on and off based on humidity levels, and thereโs even a child lock which is a nice touch. You can pick from a few different modes depending on what you need, and it's easy to move around thanks to the wheels and handles. Plus, it looks pretty sleek, so it doesnโt stand out in the room.

Great dehumidifier
Iโve been using this dehumidifier for a few weeks now and Iโm very happy with it. It does a great job pulling moisture out of the air. I was surprised how much water it collects each day. The controls are easy to use, and I like that I can set a target humidity level and just let it run. Noise level is reasonable โ you can hear it, but itโs not disruptive, even when I use it in the bedroom.

Used as supplement to basement shower fan. Hiccup after winter storage.
Unit was purchased to supplement bathroom fan in basement after showers. It worked perfectly the summer it was bought supplementing the exhaust fan. After being in storage, tried running it in continuous mode for about two hours after letting the room steam up without the exhaust fan to help, but there was no water in the basin. Edit: Spent a little time with it last night, and found nothing obvious like a stuck float. I tried it again after putting it back in its working area, and this time it did draw some water using continuous mode with a timer of three hours instead of two like before. Maybe there wasn't enough humidity for it to really do anything the first time, or I jarred something back to where it was supposed to be, but will have to keep a close eye on it once the humidity starts to ramp up.

Compact AND powerful for what you want: comfortable dehumidification
Compact AND gets the job done for what I was looking for, don't let the photos kinda trick you into thinking this thing is bigger than it looks! I bought this because I live in a tropical area that where the average temperature is above 80 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity and that can be very uncomfortable... But frequently using air conditioning can be costly, especially where I live. So a interesting method is to use a dehumidifier which will make things much much more bearable without incurring the costs of traditional air conditioning! Now with that being said, it's not going to dramatically make the room colder like AC would, but I would be surprised if you wouldn't feel very much better on a highly humid day after you reduced the humidity!

Does not dehumidify rooms larger than 200sq ft.
We originally bought this dehumidifier for our 700sq ft basement. Since it stated it was for up to 1500 sq feet, we thought we bought the correct size. We had it in our basement for 4 days and it never got lower than 74% humidity. It has a 21 gallon capacity, but we were draining it through a hole. We thought it would suffice. However, the room still smelled musty and I could see it was struggling. I thought about returning it, but instead put it in my studio outside on our property. My studio is less than 200sq. ft and it performed beautifully. I checked this morning at the humidity level was at 54%. So for that application, we will keep it. What we ended up buying for our basement was a humidifier with a 50-70 gallon capacity. Recommended for a house that is 4500 square feet. Our house is more like 1500 sq. ft. Go figure. It's a nice dehumidifier, easy to empty, almost no noise. But using it in a 700 sq ft basement is a no go. This one is for smaller rooms only, like a bathroom. I gave it 4 stars, because if you use it right, it's a perfect machine.

Small and mighty!
We are using this dehumidifier in a tricky space, a concrete floored classroom in our barn with Stone walls. It has been perpetually damp since we purchased the property and surprisingly this little beast does the trick. There's a constant trickle of water coming out of the drain tube and the room is actually dry. Don't let the smaller size fool you, we had a larger standard dehumidifier with a regular hose hook up in here and the thing was constantly freezing up. No issues with this with two weeks of constant use.

Garbage
Garbage. It struggled in a small room. I ran it for 2 weeks and not a drop of water in the tank.
