Q: I'm looking for something to dim my intense led headlights so they don't blind other drivers. would this product work for that?

My husband got this for his rear lights. But he believes the light tint is 10% darkened and the dark closer to 20%. However, you may need to check with your state with laws regarding light modifications. He watched YouTube videos for application tips. There is a learning curve. Purchase more than you need.

Q: Did they change the tint levels? the light smoke looks light in some youtube vids and still super dark in others. and yes it's the same product.

Not sure what the tint levels are, but this is very light almost a dark grey, should be OK

Q: can you use this with xenon lights?

I had HID and either way. You’re gonna take a hit with brightness
