Best Tasting Protein Bar
The TRUBAR Saltylicious Almond Love protein bar is absolutely the best tasting protein bar that I've ever had and it's healthy too. Got it from my local Shop Rite but they aren't carrying this flavor anymore just 3 others. Luckily I found it on Amazon. I could eat one everyday and be happy for the rest of my life!

Trubars are the all time winner!
I have tried almost every vegan friendly protein bar there is and a lot are horrible and some are ok enough but not addictively good, even the ones that aren’t as healthy. The texture of these is so much more like a candy bar (think snickers but smooth & chewy) or the Tiger Bars I used to love as a kid. It’s awesome that it’s so low in sugar though you’d never guess! There are a couple flavors I haven’t been a fan of, but you CANNOT go wrong with the Saltylicious Almond and Peanut Butter Fudge flavors. I hope these exist for the rest of my life because I am someone who is often too busy at work to eat as much as I should and these have been life savers. I’m also so happy I get to satisfy my sweets cravings without eating something super unhealthy. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

You can not return food items , period .
I have ordered all the tru bars and have had no problems . All have been fresh and delicious . I ordered the almond ones and even though the expiration date had not expired , they were awful . I opened one and I noticed a white film on it and it looked old . I opened the second one and took a bite and tasted like what mold smells like . Not sure what happened there . I’m not able to return and no way to contact that easily accessible . I threw the box out and now I’m weary of ordering Tru bars on Amazon going forward .

Quality control issues?
After reading several reviews that describe intermittent “awful” tasting bars, I am sad to say I won’t be buying more Trubars. I’ve had the same experience more than once. It’s a shame because they can be very tasty and a good vegan snack option.
