Love the bike
The only difficult part is there is no instructions on how to attach the baby seat on the back :( so we haven't been able to use that part. Other then that is a nice sturdy quite heavy bike my 3 year old loves!!

Looks nice but it’s cracked around the chain
As someone else mentioned as well, I received a broken cracked piece that goes around the chain. This does not seem like a coincidence to me. I am disappointed with this. We are using our hard earned money to make our kids happy. At the very least, stop sending products to people that are clearly broken/defective. She can still ride thankfully, but I’m not sure how long it will last now. Even if it is a small crack, my point is, it is not advertised in this way, and I don’t appreciate being sent broken things. As customers, we deserve the best, and sending broken parts to complete an order is WRONG. You guys know exactly what you’re doing. Personally, I don’t trust this company enough to repurchase because of this, and I won’t recommend to other parents either. Also, in the instruction booklet, does not even show how to attach the doll basket that goes at the back.

Disappointed in bike
This is not a good idea. It is hard to assemble. My neighbor help me with putting it together but yet not the best for 4 years old
