Works Well in My RV, But AC Startup Needs Grid + Battery
I installed this 3600W hybrid inverter in my travel trailer, and the installation was straightforward. It has been working reliably for normal loads, including lights, outlets, microwave, and other daily appliances. The charger and inverter functions have performed as expected so far.One thing I noticed is that my RV rooftop air conditioner will not start when running from the battery alone. It starts normally when both the external AC input (shore power or generator) and the battery are connected at the same time. Once it's running, everything operates normally.Overall, I'm satisfied with the unit and it's a good value for the price. Just keep this in mind if you plan to run a high startup load like an RV air conditioner. It may depend on your battery bank, wiring, and the specific AC unit.

Looks like it will do what I need done
This arrived pretty quick, undamaged. After going through the manual it appears that it will do everything I need for a small solar setup. I like that it can be used with or without batteries. I'm just waiting for the hardware to mount the panels on my roof and this will be going live. I'll update this then

Two units failed; replacement later died with visible internal board damage
I wanted to like this inverter, but my experience was very disappointing. The first unit failed and appeared to have an internal short on the DC input stage. When I connected it to my properly verified 24 V LiFePO₄ battery bank, the main fuse blew immediately. The seller sent me a replacement unit.Unfortunately, the replacement also failed after only a few months of normal use. It suddenly became completely dead with no display, no fan, and no startup response. I confirmed proper battery voltage was reaching the inverter input terminals, so the failure was internal to the unit. After opening it for troubleshooting, at the seller’s request, I found visible burn damage on the PCB, scorch marks on the back side of the board, and a corresponding burn mark on the inside metal panel.I also observed moisture-like marks or residue inside the unit near the board. I cannot prove the exact cause, but internal moisture or condensation may be a concern. I did not observe any external spill or obvious outside water intrusion. The most frustrating part was the support process. I had to spend a significant amount of time troubleshooting, opening the unit, taking detailed photos, and documenting the internal damage instead of receiving a straightforward resolution.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this inverter.

Well worked good at first. Updated!
Worked great at first, now it randomly shuts down and flashes BP, but my batteries are fully charged and I am putting in over 700 watts of solar and only pulling 160 watts out. Battery shouldn't even be an issue honestly because it should be running off the hybrid function solar first. Oh an once it rests it comes right back up fine like nothing happened. Reliable, usually but increasingly not reliable. Worse is, I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone.Update, I added more battery power because the initial startup was going above the battery allowed amps which was causing this to lose it's battery power.
