The cream does not have a strong scent. It works for itching and is very effective working 5-10 minutes of use. Easy to use just squeeze from the tube and apply to affected area. The activate ingredient is hydrocortisone.

I've been using this overpriced cream for years to help keep my eczema at bay. It works pretty well, and if you need a bit more "oomph" and lasting power, it mixes well with Aquaphor. When eczema gets bad, the real medicine is required, but the rest of the time this seems to do the trick.

Worked well at a good price. As this is Cortizone cream, be careful not to apply too much as I did first time after contacting poison sumac. The price here was considerably cheaper than drug stores or grocery.

I picked this up mainly for occasional itchy skin flare-ups and it definitely helped calm the urge to scratch pretty quickly. The cream spreads easily, doesn’t feel greasy, and absorbs fast enough that I wasn’t left waiting around before getting dressed. One thing I noticed right away is that the aloe version has a cooling sensation that some people may enjoy, but on more sensitive areas it felt more like a burning or stinging sensation than relief. It wasn’t unbearable, but it was noticeable enough that I reached for a different option the next time. For regular spots like bug bites, mild rashes, or irritated skin on arms and legs, it seemed to do what I expected. The tube is easy to keep in a bathroom drawer or travel bag and the cap stays secure. I also like that a small amount goes a long way so there’s no need to overapply. My only real complaint is that the aloe formula can be a little too intense for delicate skin. Because of that, I’d probably choose the original version instead when dealing with sensitive areas. Overall, it works well for general itch relief, but the aloe cooling effect may not be the best fit for everyone.
