Brilliant quality machine.
This AlfaBot ilk machine is fantastic and makes our morning routine so much easier. The quality is really nice and the product is easy to use and makes lovely quality nut milks and yogurt. The process is simple. You just add your desired ingredients, add water to the desired level and then select your program... These are all very clearly labeled and easy touch button on the body refers to a specific desired end product such as "almond milk" or "yogurt". Once in operating the AlfaBot machine operates quietly and does not take long to create perfectly tasty and smooth milk. This even has a delayed start setting if you want to have something ready when you wake in the morning. The star of the show is the self cleaning button which works super well and saves the need to deep clean around the blades too regularly. Very good value for money.

Excellent product
Used this twice now and am very impressed. It is so good for making soy milk which has been labour intensive until this arrived. Easy to use, quick and efficient, easy to clean and the milk is delicious. The added benefit is that you get more milk using less beans so that makes it much more economical. So far, I love it.

Excellent
I have wanted a plant milk maker for a while but either the high cost or poor reviews put me off...until I saw this one. I've made oat milk, hazelnut milk and cashew milk. The nut milks are amazing - really easy process and lovely outcomes with both. The milk takes less 15 mins to make and is no hassle at all. The oat milk isn't so great. I've tried it twice and it's pretty gloopy/slimy which is a shame but I am still pleased with the machine as the nut milks are so good (and more nutritious than oat when I come to think of it). There is a self-cleaning function on the machine which feels a bit pointless - it's easy enough to clean the machine by hand. The maker is really well made, looks very nice in the kitchen and not huge from a storage perspective. A few people have commented on the noise of the machine but this really didn't bother me at all. The instructions have definitely not been written by someone who speaks good English but they're easy enough to understand :) Overall, if you're in any doubt, I would say get it! UPDATE 2 MONTHS IN: As I bought this to make oat milk and that didn't work so well, I have been trying other recipes in order to create a milk that is as creamy as oat milk for tea, coffee, etc but where the taste wasn't overpowering. We are loving the following: *100g of broken cashew nuts *Two pinches of salt *Two teaspoons of sugar *One teaspoon of vanilla essence I recently switched from using cashew nuts from Lidl to the "broken cashew nuts" from Grapetree which cost £8.99 for 1 kilo. When I used the ones from Lidl most of the cashew nuts stayed in the muslin/sieve after blending. However when I switched to Grapetree ones, all the cashew nut was blended into the milk which means it's much more creamy and nutritious.

Works only once
Really nice soy milk on 1st try although we had to use the extra filter bag to get a smooth milk. Too bad on 2nd try the water keeps spilling one a few minutes into the cycle despite water at minimum level and the lid on lock

Smooth milk-making experience
Thought I'd share how the AlfaBot N2 has slotted into our kitchen. I bought it to curb the growing pile of oat milk cartons and, frankly, to see what proper almond milk tastes like. First try was day after I got it, dogs circling my feet while I tipped 80 grams of soaked almonds and a hint of cinnamon into the stainless steel jug. Ten blades whirred like a tiny jet then quietened, and within 15 minutes I had nearly a litre of silky milk. And it really is silky, no sandy bits lurking at the bottom of the mug. The built-in mesh funnel works better than my old muslin bag ever did. I’ve started using the delay timer overnight so fresh soy milk appears just after the alarm, saves me faffing before work. Cleanup takes one button press, though I still rinse the lid by hand, habit more than need. Taste, build quality, ease, and the money I’m saving on cartons make this an easy five stars.

Using this nearly every day
Am loving using this nut milk maker, that does other things as well. If you make your own nut milk and buy nuts in bulk you do save a lot of money over shop bought plant milks and also you know what goes into it so its not full of additives and guar gum etc. It takes only about ten minutes to make the nut milk and has a self clean function too so easy to keep clean. On the minus side it is quite noisy but i guess thats unavoidable when its got to blend up nuts etc. It comes with a recipe book and filters so that you can make the milk as smooth as you like but i don't usually filter mine. If i had to make an improvement i would have preferred it to be cordless like a kettle as its quite heavy to lift when the motor is in the actual jug and not in the stand and the cord could be a little longer. Still very happy with it though.

Easy to Use Nut Milk Maker
Prefect for what I was after, a simple, easy to use nut milk making machine, predominantly I wanted it to make soy milk but great to have the other programs for nuts etc. For soy milk I just use 60g of dried soy beans (fill the included metal strainer half full and that's about 60g), put them in the unit, fill with water to no higher than the max line, I added three large dates (pits obviously removed). Secure the lid and select beans option, 35 mins later it's done. Use provided for bags to strain (or drink as is for a thicker drink). You can use pre-soaked beans which might give you a creamier drink but I'm happy with the quick and easy version. Overall very happy with my purchase, great results and easy to clean.

Solid performance and value
I grabbed the AlfaBot N2 because empty cartons were piling up faster than I could lug them to the bin. Solid tidy looking and it doesn’t wobble across the counter like my old blender. Yesterday at 6 am, rods already stacked for a fishing session, I lobbed 80 grams of cashews and water to the top mark, hit Nut and let the ten stainless blades work. Motor stopped in under five minutes, giving me a smooth litre that went straight into the flask. And because the jug is steel inside there’s no plasticky taste. One tap on self clean, quick rinse, done, though a smear hides round the seal when you rush. Noise sits somewhere between kettle and cheap drill, my partner slept through it. So after several batches and one thick yoghurt I’m happy. But the delay timer still hasn’t tempted me. Build feels sturdy, ingredients cost pennies, so value gets a big thumbs up from this tight fisted fisherman.

Lasted 2 Months: Circuit Board is Poor Quality for Price
I got it in October, and two months later it is now broken. I took incredibly good care of it and maybe only used it 7 times in total, however, the circuit board is all scrambled and won't work. At this price point, I expected the product to last a lot longer.

Inizialmente ero scettica, invece funziona perfettamente.
