This is my favorite of all the black seed oils I've tried. It has a strong taste which is what you want with this type of oil. It also has a rich, dark color and a good percentage of thymoquinone, the most important ingredient. I'd had a recent blood test that showed I have barely any inflammation in my system, and I attribute some of that to my regular use of Sweet Sunnah black seed oil.

I love Sweet Sunnah BSO capsules! I love the taste. I even break open the capsules by chewing and enjoy the flavor of the oil. I had some breast pain which prompted me to take the Black Seed Oil. I took the capsules twice a day and the pain stopped within a week. I'm truly sold on the healing properties of this oil. I tried purchasing another brand because it was on sale. BIG mistake! That sale BSO was so bland and useless because they dilute it with glycerin. I learned my lesson. However, I took the plunge today and got a large bottle of the liquid and will make my own capsules. I'm a happy camper.

Still learning to use . I am adding to a balm I make as The capsules is full of cumin seed oil, which for me, with salicylate sensitivity is much too strong. These are basically cumin seed oil and smell pretty strong in my balm. It is my hope that they will help with beneficial circulatory enhancement in my balm. I will have to see how it works for me.

Yup you read right. I don't even use medicine to combat my colds during flu season because this is my staple go-to to get better. Its also great to take to alleviate hangovers. Great supplement to give your body is daily support like other "processed" vitamins (which has outrageous shelf life, please do your research people) . Only Con I can say is Ladies only do not take during your menstrual because it will make you flow heavy. Other than that, your GOOD!

These black seed oil capsules are very easy to swallow and has a taste thats not half bad although I've only brought these reading the reviews and have not tried other brands, I turned around and purchased two additional bottles. It has helped me in having a stool as well as my digestion issues and the inflammation that I regularly have pain from

I've tried every single brand on the face of the earth because I feel BSO is something EVERYONE should talk daily. A d imbalance or ailment I've faced from low breastmilk supply to high blood pressure it has cured! Now finding a potent enough brand is the hard part as many are diluted. I used to use the most popular (also more expensive) brand because I thought it was the best...WRONG!!!! THIS BRAND HAS THEEEEEEE HIGHEST CONCENTRATION OF THQ PERIODand for 1/3 of the price of competitors. I love this stuff. Helps with insomnia and inflammation also. And just as a tip I'll tell you you can tell how potent it is by the burps lol! If your burping up black seed essences burps you got the good stuff!
