My doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure medicine. My blood pressure was 140/90 and higher. My resting was 90. I am usually very low. I told her give me 6 to 8 weeks. Bought it for the tibe nabawi (Medicine of the Prophet pbuh) benefits. The taste and quality are great, and I’ve had a noticeable improvement in my health since taking these (one capsule once a day is sufficient dosing for me, and not two capsules as recommended). Some people may experience burping/reflux, initially.

After taking Black Seed Oil Capsules for a few months I noticed my hair was not falling out as it use to do. Every time I brushed it, I would have a sink full of hairs and now only two or three and some of the thin places on my scalp are all filled in! Do not use my pain relieving meds anymore either. This is my favorite of all the black seed oils I've tried. It has a strong taste which is what you want with this type of oil. It also has a rich, dark color and a good percentage of thymoquinone, the most important ingredient. I'd had a recent blood test that showed I have barely any inflammation in my system, and I attribute some of that to my regular use of Sweet Sunnah black seed oil.

I have been taking these for years, and I love them. They are very easy to swallow, and start to work within a few days. If I miss taking them I can definitely feel the difference in my body.
