This is a great massager for me. I have a lot of stress, tension and soreness in my neck, this massager is making it feel so much better. Initially it felt a tiny bit uncomfortable because I don't have a lot of fat/meat on my back and neck (lol at the moment can't think of any other words to describe,except maybe flesh) and I wasn't used to it. But I adjusted fast because after the first few minutes of usage it felt good and helped a lot. I like all the features; heat, spinning direction and speed. Really like the arm straps that allow you to maneuver it where you need it and control the intensity. Love the convenience of it and the fact that I can do it myself. My daughter visited and she loves it. So it would make a nice gift.

This massager is awesome. I have chronic pain and get trigger points in my back (muscle knots) and using this daily for just a few days has helped tremendously, more so than a PT session (which is temporary relief because don't go too often). Great for my neck issues too. You can put on the pressure by pulling on the straps. Only downside is it's bulky and would be difficult to take to and from work, but it's just fine at home. Also, difficult to use for hamstrings but I make it work. The pressure is even harder than some of the massage guns I've tried. Great price for this too, well worth it!

I couldn't wait to get this massager. I needed something that can massage my neck and back without having to hold it. During this time of working from home, I'm mostly on a computer chair for hours at a time and I just simply place this on the chair and let it massage my back while I do my work. This keeps my back from getting stiff and feels great. I also use it for my thighs, calves and neck. It rotates in 2 directions, has a heating mode, and speed adjustment. When using this for the calves, thighs, neck, knee, or other odd positions, it has straps on each side that you can put your arms through to help you hold it in place. I've been using it almost 5 times a day, sometimes 2-3 times a day, for about 30 minutes at a time, now for the past month and it helps me out so much. I can actually cut down on the usage since it really helps out, but I love the way it relieves my pain and tensed muscles that I just use it a lot. It comes with a decent length power adapter.

I did not expect this to work so well. For almost 3 years I would wake up with painful headaches every morning. Constant doctor visits and at times ER visits with the same outcome. They could not find anything, so the headaches were ruled out to stress. Several ppl suggested that I get a neck massager and decided to finally get one. Almost 2 weeks later and I no longer wake up with extremely painful headaches. Using it every night before bed. Almost 3 years of headaches and I'm finally getting relief. I'm glad I decided to purchase this item after a long time of neglecting it. The only downside that I have with this item is that the cord is too short for me. The item is very tense but works well for me since I need something a bit more aggressive for my neck. I plan on trying to get the warranty if able to keep this item for a long time.

The massager arrived on time and packaged well it was fully charged when I receive the item so I plugged it in the massage was great there’s two different massage stress and there’s a heat option and you have the ability to put your arms through the the arm holes to make the massage intensified the product is not very heavy like other massages are and it’s very effective and the court is long enough for you to generously move around while still plugged in this item is a five star massager. Great pain relief and tension tamer

CONS: I disliked the material they had covering the rotating massage heads. It was a cheap fabric, and had a mesh design, after 5-10 minutes of use the fabric started to rub against my neck to harshly and left it feeling somewhat irritated. If I had left it on longer or applied a little more pressure to get that "Deep tissue massage" I undoubtedly would have caused a rash and left the area raw and agitated. Another problem I had was getting comfortable. I found myself fidgeting around trying to adjust the straps and the massage heads to a position that wouldn't leave me feeling annoyed. I think the wire plugin added to my frustration as I was actively aware of it the entire session and would step on it or get the wire caught onto something. I would love this product a lot more if it had been wireless, I should've shopped around for one instead of jumping onto this product so quickly. And I'll admit that was my fault. Also, the heat of the product wasn't nearly enough to get me to a more relaxed state. I would have loved a function to contol how hot the massage heads got. Also, I wish they had worked a method into the design to easily remove the mesh fabric from the product and just let the massage heads do their work directly onto your applied area. The speed settings were a waste, and I honestly felt no discernible difference in speed no matter how many times I pushed that button. PROS: The plastic leather was actually quite pleasant to the touch, very soft and I honestly wish it had been what was covering the massage heads, instead of that coarse mesh fabric they had. When the massage heads hit that spot on your neck or your back or legs that has been tight and in need of a good rubbing, it genuinely feels amazing. The heat, while not amazing was still appreciated.

Husband gifted this to me for Christmas and it is the absolute BEST shoulder massager. I have 6 young kids and a lot of stress, so my shoulders and neck are always tight, despite visiting the chiropractor every couple months. Thus massager is a dream— feels so good!

I was very impressed with this massager. The kneading is deep and strong. It rotates one was for a period of time then it changes direction. You can use the straps to pull down to increase the pressure. It is easy to move the massager down your back for a back massage. My family and I found out that it works well on your feet and calves. It really is almost a full body massage. The heat is nice but not over powering. I definitely would recommend this product.

J'ai essayé différentes machines de massage et ce type de machine est le plus efficace à mon goût et de loin, même meilleur que les fauteuils massant à 3000$. Vous pouvez utiliser l'appareil pour le dos, les bras et même les jambes selon comment vous le placez, c'est très efficace pour récupérer après un entraînement intense, pour detendre les muscles.

Le produit est conforme à la description. Les finitions sont un peu "cheap", mais au vu du prix, cela me semble cohérent. Le massage est efficace, placer un drap fin entre la nuque et le dispositif offre plus de confort.

I gave this as a Christmas gift to a close friend with permanent injuries body-wide from multiple car accidents that's left her in constant pain and she loves it! Rechargeable cordless is great for travel and her long days sitting in her office chair. I also have a permanent neck injury that seems to creep down to my shoulder and arm and ends at my toes lol. I have a full blown massage chair in my livingroom but theres nothing like useing my own hands to get the massage where I want it and the freedom of being able to move around while using it. After trying this one, I ordered one of my own. The rotating balls are very smooth, spaced well and give a nice deep massage that gave me goosebumps the minute it touched my neck, shoulders, back and good grief even my scalp! Yah, I rolled it all the way up my neck because the higher I went the better it felt! My eyes rolled to the back of my head in bliss lol. The heat button gives off an overall warmth that can only be truly felt on the naked skin or very thin clothing. I found it very pleasant but don't expect actual hot heat. This is not that boy. The on button is a prolonged almost 5 sec press for real. My friend thought it was broken because there's no instant turn on but patience is a ...... DO NOT lean too heavily or press too hard on the rotating balls, the will stop and over a long period of time I assume may cause damage (just use good sense). I LOVE this little massager and so does my friend. I can't wait for mine to arrive.

War zunächst skeptisch, aber muss sagen, dieses Massagegerät ist für wenig Geld mein absoluter Schulter- und Nackenverspannungshelfer geworden. Es lässt sich optimal einsetzen und arbeitet effektiv und durch die Stufenregulierung auch immer passend. Verarbeitung sehr gut, kein Geruch des Kunstleders - es gibt an diesem Gerät nichts auszusetzen, deshalb von mir klare Kaufempfehlung.
