I had tried 2 different seat cushions before ordering this product. My Dad's Phys Therapist suggested it as this is also in my Dad's wheelchair. While I am not wheelchair bound I work 8hrs a day in my office chair & was still having sciatic flares with the memory foam cushions. This product does not 'squish' down like memory foam and instantly adjusts with my every move, I have been using this cushion for 2 yrs and never had to re-inflate it, so comfortable still!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Product! This cushion is amazing—only 1.5" high, yet super effective. When I shift my weight, it rebalances instantly but stays stable enough to let me raise my wheelchair 12". I’ve already noticed improvement in my pressure sores! The built-in pump is genius—just a quick hand or foot pump for about a minute and it’s ready to use. The relief valve makes it easy to adjust firmness. I’m so impressed I’m buying a second one for my portable wheelchair. Highly recommend!

the instructions are in Chinese - it isn't very thick - it is very comfortable but a pain to inflate it's a finger and thumb squeeze that took a hour or so to feel like there was any air in it but does hold the air well - I use it in my wheelchair so I sit on it all my waking hours

This cushion has worked out well for our needs. It gives just enough support for that temporary relief of pressure on the back or bottom. It is very portable and has been used both in and around the house and travels in the car.

Although I like the product I had purchased it to use for a long flight overseas but after testing it I couldn't get it to deflate small enough to put in a backpack for carry on for the flight. Disappointing as I really wanted something that was compact but effective for using on an airplane's seat for an 11 hour flight.

OMG so comfortable. I followed the recommendation of another reviewer to use my foot to inflate - much easier on my hands and wrists. I have been sitting on it since I got it today and I have to say I am looking forward to my upcoming 13 hour flight even more now.

It's very small and doesn't provide pressure release from the wheel chair. It's not worth the money. It's like a toy cushion

Not comfortable for my sciatica.

So far this cushion is great I have used in truck and in house and it makes a big difference once you get air firmness set for your preference

As advertised, it is easy to inflate and deflate. The special pump is build into the cushion. The photos show the cushion cover which also have a layer of non-slip material. The cushion stays in place. You can adjust the softness and hardness to your preference. Definitely gives better support to your back.

The cushion itself is great! It has a unique inflating system. It's a bit slow and clumsy and this is why I took one star off. I found if you use the inflation value and the one square of the cushion closes to the valve. You can get a good rhythm going and the cushion inflates rather quickly. This cushion is ideal for anyone who has bed sores, wounds of any kind on their rear or back of the legs. We bought it for a person with Edema and it works extremely well. It also stays inflated. Once inflated it hasn't lost air or firmness. Definitely a good substitute for the more expensive Roho cushion

The air pocket, is to shallow, it's not comfortable, on the rear.
