It was functioning well when I first got them, but after the app prompted a firmware upgrade, the ANC on the right earbud stopped working. I tried to request a replacement through Amazon, but they’re not supporting it—even though the product is still within the replacement window. Instead, they're suggesting I fix the issue myself by following some unhelpful tips. Even though all other features work well and the sound and call clarity are excellent—I'd rate them 5 out of 5—this single, frustrating issue has really ruined the experience for me. I'd say go for it if you really want this product—but make sure to pray it doesn’t come with any issues, because getting a replacement is nearly impossible.
