This watch is classy, beautiful and very good quality. The sun/moon window is a cool feature. A good compelling quality/price ratio.

This vintage style moonphase quartz watch from Peugeot is my introduction to the brand and so far I am impressed. I was looking for a less expensive and more reliable version of a vintage watch to gauge whether it would be worth investing in a good example from the 20s or 30s. I think this is a great way to decide if it's right for you. A couple of observations: - The 14k gold plated case looks great and is true to the nature of early wristwatches as a skin safe alternative to brass before stainless steel was widely used in watch construction. - The diameter is a little smaller than advertised (38mm not including the crown, 41mm with crown) which again is more authentic to the vintage look it's going for. I appreciate the smaller scale, however I believe that it is listed as a 40mm dial. - The moonphase complication is a nice touch and I really appreciate the moonrise/sunrise art. Now for the drawbacks: - The quartz movement is accurate but it seems to be on the cheaper side, the minute hand has a tendency to jump when pushing in the crown, but this isn't nearly as bad as some other cheaper watches I've tried. - The faux alligator "genuine leather" strap isn't the most comfortable, fortunately it wasn't hard to pop off the spring bar and replace it with a better strap that I already had. Other than that I'm pleasantly surprised by this Peugeot and it has me looking at more of their collection to add to my addiction lol. I recommend it

The watch arrived earlier then I was expecting it was in a sturdy box and looks very nice it bit smaller than I thought it would be and the strap is ok but feels like plastic but a very nice watch
