ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR Smart Ring -Track Sleep, HRV & Stress, No subscription

Ring (size 11- raw titanium) is comfortable to wear and lightweight- easy to connect and charge. I’ve had the ring for about 10 days and it doesn’t disappoint- battery life is between 2-5 days depending on level of data usage. Battery care advises charging between 20-80% in short bursts. A quick charge for 15-20 minutes every other day suits my needs I have opted for the largest battery use in turbo data collection mode (all measurements continuously taken) there is also a medium and low data mode. In regards to accuracy it measures well- I previously had a WHOOP trial band and heart rate, cardio age HRV all seem similar. I really like the App and the dashboard which is easy to use and pleasant on the eye. The AI data interpretation is helpful and I find the recommendations useful. The ring automatically detects various events and will ask for user confirmation before adding/adjusting activity. The PowerPlugs are a handy addition and mostly free. There is a slight monthly subscription for more niche measurements that may suit other individual lifestyles. I still have a few days left before I get a full interpretation of results once my baseline has been set - I definitely enjoy using the data and have found the item value for money- especially as there are no further monthly payments needed to use the product.

I have been wanting a smart ring to complement my smart watch for a while and chose this one for the positive reviews and customer service. After using it for over a week, I’m quite happy with it, super comfy to have on my finger at all times, battery life great so far even on turbo mode, and very interesting data and tips provided. Only one start down because it does scratch easy, but it’s barely noticeable unless you really inspect it closely.

I’ve been using my Ultrahuman Ring Air for just a couple of weeks now and I'm happy to say that I really like it. I like how it works, the insights it provides and the ring itself. The app is very detailed and tracks a lot of information, which I’m still getting used to and learning how to fully understand. Sleep tracking was my main focus and so far it’s been really impressive. The ring itself also does a good job of calculating my steps. I wore my Fitbit alongside it for the first few days to compare the difference and I was pleased with how accurate the ring was. I love the overall design as it’s super sleek and blends nicely with my other jewellery. I’d definitely recommend using the sizing kit before buying. I’m glad I did, as my ring fits well (size 7). My finger does expand and shrink throughout the day, so it can feel slightly loose at some points, but aside from that the overall fit is good and I am able to wear my ring on both my pointer and middle fingers. Overall, I highly recommend buying this! I bought mine during the Black Friday sale, which was a great time to get it as I saved a lot of money in the end!

UPDATE - After 4 ring replacements with many delays of not having a functioning ring in between and the most a ring replacement that works is around 4-5 weeks before it goes dead, I will be requesting a full refund. Very poor quality rings that simply stop working, their solution is to replace rather than address the poor quality, known battery and connectivity issues. Customer service has been ok though you spend a lot of time repeating yourself and are faced with delays with a dispatch team which the customer services say they have no control over. I’ve wasted a lot of time over this purchase. I certainly would not recommend, which is a shame as the app and data it collects and presents is brilliant when it does work. Original Review - The ring came nicely packaged and was very easy to connect to the app. Only used it for 1 day and I am very impressed. The amount of data this thing can create and the analysis it does such as the caffine window for optimum time to have a coffee, sleep, movement and recovery scores are some of the many data sources the app populates. Very easy to use and since using it yesterday I have walked more than I normally would. I have a Apple Watch Ultra, but I prefer a ring to wear at night and this app is so much better it tracks when it knows you are moving around and gives you an option to track it, as the watch does not always pop up to suggest if you are doing a workout. The battery was a bit strange I fully charged it (the charging light went off after flashing) but the app said it was not fully charged. I contacted their support and they promptly sent the latest firmware update directly to the ring, just had to restart the app on my phone and it was then showing the correct battery percentage. Overall it’s brilliant so far, looks very slick, well built and very good value for money even though it is renewed, it looks perfect. Very happy with this purchase (with the free 2 year warranty extension too). I hope I don’t get the battery and connectivity issues others have stated in their reviews.

I can genuinely say that this Smart Ring has changed my life in so many ways. The Ring tracks so many different areas including stress, caffeine intake and its effects, shift work, sunlight exposure, exercise etc. The app is seamless and very well laid out, not only provided the data but giving you real tips and advice on how to make improvements. I do not know if the data displayed is 100% accurate but it gives a baseline to work with and the data then shows trends including body temperature and movement during my sleep. I do not wear my Apple Watch Ultra to bed as it is too bulky and needs charging so the Ring is perfect. Battery lasts around four days, but I charge it when not wearing it for weight lifting to avoid damaging it. The Ring feels super high quality and hasn't yet marked despite continued use in a variety of activities. It is also really light in weight so you don't even notice it and is not bulky. I went for the dark grey titanium colour and it looks and feels more premium than I expected. I got the Ultrahuman X subscription with the Amazon offer and is really worth the extra upgrade for peace of mind, also brings a new feel and look about the app with enhanced features. I had to contact Ultrahuman support via the app to help activate the code and they were really friendly and so fast to respond to message through the chat. Cannot recommend this Ring enough, especially at the price an official refurbished one is on their store through Amazon.

I used to have a RingConn ring and was disappointed by the user experience, I had the data but no insights or actions. I moved to Ultrahuman and it has changed my life, the app is amazing, very intuitive and helpful and I enjoy all the plugins. The ring is great, only minor thing is that it needs charging quite often. I like the fact that no subscription is required as well which was the main reason I went for Ultrahuman and not Oura. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Besonders positiv finde ich, dass kein Abo nötig ist und der Ring angenehm leicht zu tragen ist – auch nachts. Die App ist klar strukturiert und liefert sinnvolle Insights ohne zu überfordern. Metrics useful, comfortable, no subscription model and ….. it just works ! Great product. Getting the sizing kit is essential before purchase. I had no idea how much fingers actually change during the day !
