In order to see the time you must be in a lit area, or press the top button which will light the digits for 3 seconds. It has many functions, such as a chronometer and count down but the four buttons on the side might be a little too complicated for some people to use. The brace is quite wide and soft, the buckle is well made and not too sharp and feels comfortable to wear. I like it for it's chunky and simplistic style, I would prefer though that the digits would stay lit all the time, or to have an toggling on/off option. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bargain watch *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2018* I've had this watch for a few weeks now, and I've certainly put it through its paces.. it is tough, durable,.quite stylish, and very practical watch.It is very big, which I like. Doesn't look like the same watch, the numbers aren't green, they're grey on black, excellent color scheme, you get great contrast! if light doesn't shine directly on the clock face, all i see is black with some lighter splotches (see attached pic for reference) so i think, wait, they took that picture with the clock's light on. Na-ah-ah-ha. No sirree, there's 4 buttons (tiny and all on the same side for your convenience, so you hit at least two every time, in the name of what is obviously far eastern efficiency... effing so and so) and although the function of these 4 are a total mystery to me, because, you know, there's no manual of course, there's also NO NIGHTLIGHT. So, wait, how did they manage to get that picture of the watch with the green numbers? ah dear friends, photoshop.... the bane of all things Amazon, How i rue the day it was made.... Ironically, the watch IS rather handsome, it's all huge and chunky, i can't help but feel disappointed that it is UTTERLY USELESS and i have to send it back.
