Click Pets fail

I received the wrong item, I rang the supplier- Click Pets and was told to take the item to a Post Office and post it back to them with a letter explaining why it was being returned and they would send out the correct item. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have not received the correct item and I have not heard a thing from them. It was the first time I ever ordered anything from them and it is the last. Disgraceful service.
