Although a solid capsule, 1 isn't too hard to ask to take a day!
Easy to take! Yes it's a bit of a chunky capsule but not horrible to swallow since you only need one a day and that's very convenient. I can't really tell if it's doing anything, with this sorta stuff you kindo fjust take in good faith and home you'll me superwoman in a month or at least better off than you would've been without them... I do see my pee bright yellow which happens with vitamins/offing excess so that's good! Definitely not placebo then at least.

Not very easy to swallow, does have a distinct taste/smell
These are not very easy to swallow and have a bit a smell/taste that isn't the most pleasant. I like to take a daily vitamin, and was interested in this particular products vitamin contents. I usually just focus on biotin for hair growth, but I do like how this offers a multitude of other supplements and natural ingredients. For the reason, I find it to be a very good value. I have been taking these for about a week and haven't noticed a significant change in my energy level. Unfortunately, I would not repurchase this product is based on the size, taste, smell, and ease of swallowing.
