Pro's: This thing is just lovely. The pads are SO incredibly soft and can be taken out to clean. It looks just as beautiful in real time as it does in the photo. Really easy directions. Had no trouble at all putting it together. Very stable when cats jumped from various locations onto it. The base is pretty darned sturdy compared to most others I've found. This is definitely much higher quality then most cat trees. Con's: As another poster mentioned the pads are a bit slippery and you might want to buy a few more velcro strips. I did and it's much better now. Velcro is dirt cheap and and this was an easy fix so I'm not removing any points for that. I bought this tree based on the review by one poster who stated her 15 pound cat does just fine with it. We have three cats two of which are Bengals. One Bengal is 15 pounds and the other is 17 pounds. Our much smaller short hair fits just fine. The 15 pound kitty tried jumping from one surface close by to the top level and hit her head (tumbling and hitting her head again on the way down) because the opening was too close/tight for her. Then she tried again but this time just walked up the steps to the top. Then she tried to snuggle into the alcove but she doesn't fit. The 17 pound one noped out without even trying. It IS very spacious but if you have a large cat i'd be cautious about buying this without talking to the manufacturer first to clarify the maxiumum weight a kitty can be and still fit in the alcove. We're keeping the tree because the smallest kitty just loves it and fits fine.Plus, it is so attractive it makes any room it's in look even more beautiful.

My 9 year old kitty loves this condo! Probably the best one I have ever bought for my cat. It’s so stylish and neat, and my cat fell in love with it pretty much right away. She plays and sleeps and rests on this guy all day long. I love how soft and padded the shelves are, really a cat heaven! And the removable pillows from the bottom and top baskets are perfect, so you can wash them when they get dirty. This is perfect for my kitty, and looks so fantastic. Usually cat furniture is so not flattering, but this modern look is amazing plus it’s super comfy and so well designed! Easy to assemble and super sturdy!!

This cat condo is not only attractive, but super sturdy. I've had it for 2 years now and it has survived the kitten stage of 2 of my cats. All 3 of them LOVE the condo, they fight over the top perch. I have an 11lb mainecoon and a 13lb tabby along with an 8 month old kitten and they each fit very comfortable in the top perch bed and the 13lb guy loves to hang out in the bottom enclosure as well. So it's not just built for small or average sized cats! The 13lb guy and kitten love to climb the pole to get to the top and there's no issue with stability, its placed against a wall. None of them were using the shelf until I added a $10 oval Harmony cat bed (in black) from PetCo and now that's the #2 spot to bask in the sun puddles. The top perch comes with a washable thin mat, the rest I vacuum. The rope scratchers are a hit on every level and have held up really well after 2 years. Really recommend this product!!

Love this buy. The set up was easy, you can see how well made and how thought was given to its design and production. And to boot my cat LOVES her house. So many good options for her to use when she feels like being somewhere new. She loves the bottom hideaway - I have it facing inward so the opening is only accessible through a narrow space which is her refuge when she runs off from the dogs. Then she lays out on the middle perch. And last but most of all, she lays in her top perch next to a sunny window watching the birds and its just such a fantastic present for her. It has added to her quality of life, AND the structure, design, and materials are so neat and aesthetic, that its a a perfect stylistic piece.

This cat tree came with two small plastic screw covers that could easily be dislodged by your pet or toddler. My cat knocked both to the floor almost immediately. Otherwise, this is a great cat tree - sturdy, easily-assembled, and looks great. The cat loves it and spends hours on it every day.

LOVE this cat tower. Not only is it sturdy but it's very cute and blends nicely with my neutral house decor (it's not "loud, tacky or colorful". Love!

This cat tree is absolutely beautiful. It is attractive in our living room, easy on the eyes, and almost always occupied by at least one cat. In the photos, you can see what it looked like in the box, as well as see one of my cats in the bottom wicker basket before I even had the thing put together. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together, as I had feline assistants, and they love it. From the last photo, you can see that they both love the top basket. My only wish was that there were either two of those baskets or one larger one that they could really share. This cat tree was worth every penny.

Filled the need and attractively so. Was looking for a classy tree (that didn’t look like a gaudy carpet jungle jim) to get my guy a sight line to peep the birds and such. Easy to put together with clear instructions and pictures. Took about 15 minutes. Pay attention to pieces being inserted from the bottom to connect to another piece. Can see what people are saying about the brown wrap maybe not holding up with an aggressive cat but no psychos here. If you are looking for something to give the little one(s) access to a window it’s a good piece. Top spot has super soft padding as well.

This is the nicest looking cat tree I’ve seen and the quality is great. Very sturdy. My first one eventually had the sisal unravel because one of hard use — I don’t think this is due to poor quality it’s just that my cats were being little monsters. I contacted the company and they do send replacement parts for a very fair price. As much as I love these I won’t be repurchasing because my cats are white and one sheds a lot which doesn’t work for a black fabric. I did my best to keep them clean. If you have short haired cats or black cats then I 100% recommend this cat tree but in my case I’ll be replacing with white/beige only.

Hands down the best cat tree I've purchased! Sturdy construction, great height, basket perch is roomy, model platform easily holds the big boy of the crew, and it's just a really attractive cat tree. One of my cats has laid claim to the top perch, is in it for hours. Very happy with this purchase!

I had to buy two, I have two cats and they were fighting over who could lay in the basket. Excellent product, I like the design and the material used. I am very pleased that my cats like it too.

Good product well built and easy to put together.

The bottom nest for cat is not resistance. As my cat has already badly clawed.
