It did not come with the strap, making it useless for me.

I would have given the item a 4 out of 5 if the color was not different than what was pictured. The item functions as expected and quality is good for the price point. The strap that came with mine was grey and not black like in the picture. I cannot comment on durability at all since I haven't used it much yet.

Seems to be made well. Used for a theme park. A bit heavy when full for all day carry. Held up well. Washed and did not fade.
