**Q: Manufactured in what country please?**
A: Thanks so much for your question. We use lupini from France & Australia, however our pasta & orzo rice are manufactured in the USA.

**Q: how is this served cold in a pasta salad?**
A: Good. It holds it's shape and texture well. Granted you do not overcook the pasta. I made my pasta salad, refrigerate it and ate it over days.

**Q: Is this soluable tapioca fiber or IMO fiber?**
A: Tapioca fiber. But it is not good. We threw ours away.

**Q: Is the Tapioca Fiber in the ingredients IMO or non-IMO?**
A: Thanks so much for your help question. The tapioca fiber we use is NOT IMO. It is a resistant dextrin, approved as a dietary fiber by the FDA.
