I use this and good lotion on my face, hands and feet. I even use it on my eyes and ears. I find a reduced amount of grit on my eyes in the morning. My skin is less dry and much healthier. I use it before I apply DMSO and it takes the burn down significantly. I also apply it to cuts and small wounds and they seem to heal a little faster. My skin has a healthy, hydrated look I'm told!
