Great scooter, just updated! The bars that show the battery life or energy are now flat and not long like the previous version of this model, incase anyone remembers? The previous model i guess was a prototype to this particular brand. The charger has been replaced with a new type of charger too. Previous version was different tires too, after I read the manual, it confirmed that the tires were updated too, from some type of pneumatic tires to just pneumatic tires. Regardless, runs good. Even though guessing it’s coming from china, it’s a reliable product for those in the US. Speed is the same too & size is the same too as the previous one the came out in 2022!

I hate to leave a negative review but don’t buy these! I bought 4 of them for my kids 12,11,9 &8 for Christmas. The scooters are 6 months old, 1st one stopped working after only a couple uses, reached out to customer service and they had me do all these electrical tests with a multimeter. Good thing I’m a mechanic because the average person would have no idea what they are doing. They sent me 2 different parts and finally it was the battery that fixed it. Then this past week 2 of my other kids scooters stopped turning on and now don’t work, they are always charged properly & stored in our climate controlled garage. Never once have seen rain or the battery been depleted completely. They have used them only a handful of times, absolutely ridiculous that I bought 4 of them 6 months ago and one is only working properly the whole time. Save your money!

It was pretty fast in the sport mode when it was fully charged. You do need to play with the throttle to stop it as the brake alone will not stop you at high speed. It's 42V and not 36V which is a plus. It's very light (25lb?) and I was also able to carry it up & down few flight of stairs without any issue. You do need to download their app and add the parking function to lock the Scooter. The Bluetooth is always on but you need their app and not the "iScooter" app. I've spent like hours to search how to turn "On" the Bluetooth because the iScooter app didn't work nor the phone's Bluetooth found this device LoL.

My son really likes the scooter I’m satisfied it came fast and was easy to put together I have no complaints it’s big enough for him to stand on it also it has a light which works but I wish it was a little brighter but overall satisfied the battery seems okay as far as charging my son took it right out the box and started riding it !

Realmente es muy buena, la uso diario para ir a mi trabajo, peso 180 libras, mi esposo la usa tambien el pesa 220 libras, en modo sport no dura la carga mucho, es lo unico malo. Nunca pude conectar el scooter a la app, intentamos varias veces incluso mi esposo y ninguno pudo conectarse, creo que deberian de mejorar eso, por eso le doy 4 estrellas, yo uso iphone y mi esposo androi y ninguno logró conectarse, vimos tutoriales hasta de apps compatibles, creo que no debería ser necesario usar una app compatible, la marca debería de hacer que su producto realmente funcione

Terrible!! The scooter stopped working less than a month after use. It stopped mid-ride when my child was riding it from school and had to walk it home. We initially thought the battery had died, but it wouldn't charge or turn on hours (even days) after being plugged in. The seller was responsive to our messages, but after several unsuccessful troubleshooting attempts, nothing worked and they said we could only return the scooter in its original packaging which we had thrown out. Instead, the seller offered a $50 refund (a fraction of the cost) and a new battery, which took another 3 weeks to get delivered. New battery literally stopped working less than a week later in the same way - scooter died in the middle of the ride, no warning! Terrible! The entire process has been frustrating and a big waste of money! Zero stars, would not recommend!

I now have 2 we love them! Battery life is good! Breaks are awesome! Me my 10 yr old and 6 yr old enjoy them daily!

UPDATE: Customer service was able to amend the issue by sending a new scooter, but I'm not sure the scooter is usable since the breaks are weak and the motor sounds odd. I appreciate the sentiment, but probably would've just preferred a small refund. (Original post: This item was fine until 2 months in. Then it DIED, completely dead, died. There is no way to fix without putting a lot more money into it. Customer service does not help....]
