Are these from China too like the Maxell?

FACT: 80% of all sellers on Amazon are from Communist China.

I bought a 48 pack of these about 1 1/2 years ago and have been using them since with no problems. However, just recently pulled a few out of the package, having never been used, and they tested at only 1 volt instead of 1 1/2 volts. Of the 10 batteries that I still haven't used, all of them test at 1 volt or less now. When they were new, all the ones I tested were more than 1 1/2 volts. Not a single one of them leaked, but apparently the 10 year shelf life applies only to leakage, not battery life.

Are these batteries loose in the box or shrink wrapped in packs of four?

How good are the batteried? Do they last long as Duracell?

Work great for the price. Have not compared them to Duracell. Seem to last just ad long as other batteries I have paid more for.
